  • @ru_ra

    I always appreciate Paul's insights on various topics, but this one resonated with me particularly deeply because I had a near-death experience (NDE) myself. When I was in my late teens, I miraculously survived a life-threatening situation and felt like I briefly touched the threshold of another dimension. This phenomenon sparked life long intriguing speculations. Ever since my own near-death experience, I've delved into countless accounts of others who have had similar encounters. What fascinates me most is the idea that we can retain memories even when we're not connected to our biological brains. Memory might function like a cloud-based system based on the principle of quantum entanglement, with the brain serving as localized storage. Perhaps the ultimate application of quantum computing lies within our body and soul.

    • @TheRockeyAllen

    The thing about learned christian theologians accepting Rasul Allah SAW as an authentic messenger of Allah SWT reminds me of a similar phenomenon mentioned in the Qur'an (26:197)
    "Was it not sufficient proof for the deniers that it has been recognized by the knowledgeable among the Children of Israel?"

      @majormohitsharma7701 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Seriously they are ignorant about your religion. I studied your Deen. I know and I can prove your prophet is the most obvious false prophet in the history.
      And if you are concerned about christian theologians who came today and they have no faith about christianity and they make claims then it is far better to trust the early church who proved their faith and sticks to Christianity even at the cost of their life.
      But the problem is for you, because your early scholars say that Qur'an is a forgery.

    • @majormohitsharma7701

      @@mohdamjaddehlvi3063 we have your profit's companion uthman who is also the compiler of your book who says that they are liars who say they have the complete Qur'an. Because he burnt manuscripts to promote his own version as the authoritative one. Then also we have more than seven arabic qirats roaming around and no scholar in the entire world can say which one is the word of your god. So was your god having two eternal books with him ?

    • @unhingedconnoisseur164
      @unhingedconnoisseur164 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@majormohitsharma7701 the fact that you think that the 10 Qiraat outnumber the 7 Ahruf is a problem proves to me that you haven't actually seriously studied the din, contrary to your claim.

    • @majormohitsharma7701
      @majormohitsharma7701 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@unhingedconnoisseur164 I never talked about the ahruf. Don't you think you are putting words in my mouth ? Again going back to the issue it is not solved by anyone in islamic world. Even the earliest scholars of islam were sceptical and they could not ignore this issue unlike modern muslims who just ignore and lie about it.
      And I am not like your god who brags about being the best of deceivers so of course I studied your Deen so I know about it a lot then normal muslim. Even I can counter the muslim dawah script.

And some stated seeing the things they did (bad and good)... and this last part shook and frightenes me (because obviously ive sinned and not wanting to see my sins). I hope people don't give too much importance to such visions. Studying them simply shows that a non-material world exists. However, such visions can be influenced by the Jinn. Jinn will make themselves look like angels and show visions or dreams in order to try to steer people away from true guidance.
    Muslims should seek to protect themselves from such influences by reciting the known prayers.

    • @matrixdude01
      @matrixdude01 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If alot of people have claimed that they had similar experience and it agree's with the core teachings of God. I'm sure its not coming from jinn deceiving people. Why would God allow jinn to become angels to deceive humains? At the end, did the experience make them a better humain or worse? The results will speak for itself. Checkout the NDE of Howard Storm who was an Atheist but now is a believer in God. He said in one of his interview that religion are simply tools to reach God. What's most important is how a person lived his life. th-cam.com/video/NHWZ36iMS8w/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=BeyondwithHeatherTesch

    I had near death experience too, back in the 80s and looking down my body begging God to give me a little more life so I can raise my premature newborn and do good in life. There I was screaming back in my bed.

    Subhanallah, the amount of narratives they feed us besides the Qur'an, to divert us from it.
    Allahu 3alam
    We only know what we are given of knowledge by the most High.
    But if i have to choose a narration, i choose the great Qur'an, over any other narrative contradicting it.

    This is the podcast that I have been waiting for where Muslims are discussing about NDE. I have been watching a lot of NDEs on TH-cam, out of my curiosity. Of course, 99% were by non muslims. Can Paul explain why they kept saying that they saw Jesus, though, I always argue that, how sure they were that it was Jesus because no one has ever seen Jesus in our time. He may be an angle or any angelic figure. I wished there are more stories on muslims NDE & curious of their experiences are like.

    It's good that there is this sort of spiritual awakening happening around the world, where the materialist paradigm is finally being overturned. We see that more Muslims are also becoming interested in spirituality whereas before they too confined to the law, which is excellent in many ways, especially in terms of avoiding the impermissible that corrupts the heart, but without the purifying aspect one cannot ascend.
    Spirituality, as a whole, is neither good nor bad. Angels are spiritual beings but so are demons. This paradigm shift we see occurring will be good for some, and bad for many. It is part of the broader Dajjalic plan of exposing hearts to devils. For the past hundred years in the west, occult forces have been shaping civilization. Materialism empties the heart of God and the sacred, and then the occult indoctrination through subtle methods fills the heart with metaphysical seeds that transform the soul.
    It is important that Muslims rush to our sacred spiritual tradition, which is connected to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The dhikr and its wisdom opened to us through the tariqa schools is vitally important.
    The point about Pharaoh not being able to submit after entering that state is because his soul had already transitioned to the next life, while still alive in this world for a moment. This world is said to be like fertile soil, it is the world in which we sow the seeds of good deeds or bad. You are in fact planting them in the heart of your soul, which fructify when the soul enters the next life. When the soul is fully present in this life, it can purify itself or it can corrupt itself. It is a world of opportunity. But once the soul enters the barzakh, its path is set, the modality by which it may purify itself, the body, is gone.
    This is such a great podcast, excellent work. Two books that I would recommend are The Divine for Critical Minds by Rehan Zaidi and There is a God by Antony Flew, who was once known as the world's most notorious Atheist.
    Regarding non-Muslims who have beautiful experiences, there are many points to consider in the context of Islam being the only valid religion. Religions are paths, and Islam is the last unbroken path to God, like a rope. Other religions did come from God, but their ropes were broken. However, it does not mean they are not useful in the project of purifying the soul. They still contain some of the wisdom that Allah had sent. That being said, there is a point that Shaykh Hamza Yusuf mentioned, which was the position of Imam Abu Hanifa. Faith is a spiritual state of ascension, and this is the internal state of being a "Muslim". It is why a person could outwardly be a Muslim, but inwardly, they're not, and they are what we know as the hypocrites. On the other hand, it also therefore means that a person can outwardly be a non-Muslim, but internally, their soul is in the shape and form of a Muslim. They have just not yet awakened to their true state yet, so the whole purpose of dawah is to go into the world and find your lost brothers and sisters.
    One thing to note about spiritual experiences and truth is that, traditionally, they were understood not to count as proofs per se because there are also such a thing as false experiences, or demons masquerading as angels, etc. Within traditional Christianity, and then later on in Islam, and we see this in pretty much all revealed religions, a developed science for discerning between angelic and demonic experiences. There is a narration of a pious scholar who was on his deathbed, and he kept saying "not yet, not yet". His son asked him why he was saying that, and his father replied that the devil was standing before him, saying to him that he has escaped his grasp (and was trying to create an opening in his heart to infect it with pride).

      Don't talk about spirituality when Qur'an is filled with physical promises about heaven. It gets worse for you if you go to hadiths.
      Spirituality has no base with islam. It's always about the physical pleasures.

      @@majormohitsharma7701 1500 years of Islamic scholarship says otherwise. That being said, there is nothing wrong with physical pleasures, it's when they are approached without sacralizing them through right intention, sacred law, and moderation. Eating food is inherently pleasurable, there's nothing wrong with that is there? No. Everything of this life are mere signs of greater greater realities.

      @@emptyingthecup If there is nothing wrong in the physical pleasures as you say then why did you write about spirituality in your religion ? Your religion is all about physical pleasures for men.
      Even your satan is a physical being in your religion.

    Just want to correct you brother on the verse you mentioned at 25:40, it is not محذورا it is محظروا, and it's a totally different word.
    محذورا means "something to be warned about"
    محظورا means "restricted"
    which changed the meaning of the Ayah.
    My sincere advice is to always read tafseer or at least a translation before explaining to someone, because it's the word of Allah and even native Arabic speakers will sometimes get the wrong meaning thinking they knew what the verse talks about.
