      @jonajackson3443 thank you so much. We used pallets to create our fences. You can check out the videos on our channel. This may be a source of inspiration for your cover up project. Good luck, hope you find a solution ✌

    Love it. I have been looking at clearing an area and doing rock because a tree root keeps growing back so I didn't want to do pavers or concrete but this has given me a great idea and a new plan! Thanks!

    On the side where the strawberries are and you put mulch....you could do herbs in pots or put plants to deter mosquitos that would ruin a nice evening sitting out. 😁

      Thanks for that great idea Hummingbird Green, we actually do have a citronella plant and also burn citronella incense and candles. We love the smell as well.

    THAT'S GREAT, AND ALSO, HOW DID YOU MAKE YOUR FENCES? HOW ARE THEY STABLE? ETC...

    • @kinlockskorner6862
      @kinlockskorner6862  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you so much Tracey. I dug a 4" trench and turned the pallets on their sides to give that picket fence look. I then attached the tops of each adjoining pallet with a metal cleat (as shown in DIY Pallet Deck video where i attached the facia boards to the deck) Then at the base of each adjoining pallet i hammered in a stake (pallet slat) on both front and back into the ground. Each pallet was then screwed into the stake, attaching each pallet at the base. I hope that makes sense. Unfortunately i built the fence prior to our video channel. It would have made a great video though. Thanks again for your support.

    The finished product is totally awesome!! I can’t wait to get one started. Great job and team work!!
    I’d like to ask where do you get the larger boulders and the medium size ones? Also is your fencing around your yard made with the pallets?? I love the fencing. If it is made with pallets how high are the pallets stacked? Can this be stacked higher like a sick foot fence??
    Thank you so much for your time. My son n law & his family is from Missouri-Steele. My daughter & Son n law are living in Blytheville. Blessings to you!!

    • @kinlockskorner6862
      @kinlockskorner6862  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you so much Sandra. We got the rocks (free) from FB Marketplace. The fence is made from pallets, they are stacked singular on their sides giving a picket fence look. If you bury one pallet two feet into the ground and place another on top, you could achieve a six foot fence. It would be advisable to stagger the top pallets along with some bracing for stability. Thanks again for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Good luck with your future project.

    How far is the pallet from the fence and let me know the materials that you use

    • @kinlockskorner6862
      @kinlockskorner6862  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We used 6 chep pallets for the base/foundation and slats from approximately 10 pallets for the floor and sides. The pallets butt up to our garage.
