Heyyyyy, I’m the guy who the arrow pointing at in your thumbnail!!!!! It was a awesome day, ended up with a broken foot but was totally worth it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for joining us as we travel the UK'S Bucket List Places ❤ Did you see last week that we stayed at England's Best Campsite? It was extraordinary for one main reason - here's the link th-cam.com/video/wjI5_O54Gtk/w-d-xo.html 🎉 See you next Sunday for more van life adventures
I’m British and I live in the US with my American husband. I just laughed heartily throughout that whole cheese rolling episode. My husband kept asking “but, why?”. I couldn’t explain. Omg, that was too funny. I’d forgotten how crazy my people can be. Thanks for sharing that. Stay safe, your videos are absolutely the best ❤️
Excellent footage best I've seen of it. What a great British event not ruined by health and safety. Great laugh hope everyone was ok. I wonder how everyone looked the next day with all the bruises!😂🧀🧀🧀🧀
Hi from Norfolk (UK), I stumbled upon your channel by accident, and my partner and I absolutely love it. The presentation and content feel so natural and real. Morgan, your mobile tiny home is fantastic! Please keep sharing your adventures.
Hahaha that was fun!!! 😆Thought Liam might have entered! lol bet if they'd had a vegan cheese you would have!🤣 Good news!!! we are going to have a heatwave this week!!!! Woohoo summer has finally arrived so Janine can lose the pink puffa jacket at last! Have a great week guys Happy travels XXX
I was born and raised in Gloucestershire. Have been to the Cheese Rolling a couple of times, frightened the life out of me just watching. Not sure if the people taking part should be praised for their bravery or committed to the nearest Funny Farm.
Thanks Liam and Janine, Im watching from Melbourne Australia. And you're right absolutely Mad!!! I laughed and smiled watching the guys down the bottom catching people. And did I forget to say Brave too!!
I just listened to a podcast about the importance of play, for all life, for life. If that makes sense lol in other words studies have shown that even venomous snakes play. That's what I see in this vlog. Human beings at play. Absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤🎉
Fkn awesome.. If y'all think this is crazy you guys should check out the Hallaton Bottle kicking in Leicestershire(think it's an Easter Monday event so maybe one for next year) gwan I dare ya lol.. Makes this look like a nice chilled fun day out lol...Enjoy your festivities init 😉🦊
I'm Australian and was at the same event and can see myself in some of your footage! Interesting to get a different perspective of the race from your side of the hill - I was with the media team behind the blue hay bales, so all my shots were taken up the hill and tbh I think you had better positions. Great video coverage of the races. I was interviewed by the BBC and asked for my thoughts on the safety of the race - hard to know what to say as it obviously has risks associated with it, but it would be a shame to kill off such an amazing and exhilarating event. I'll have to go back through my photos and see if I have any sots of you both!
Can’t believe you were here and I missed you 🤦🏼♀️ you could have parked on my drive 😂 I’m sure my house was in your drone footage. Great footage of the race too. it’s a crazy old tradition but we love it.
Hi, just letting you know, my son who is an Australian, was there in the first race. He was wearing the Bronco Jersey. So thank you for sharing your video.
Great to see Cheddar, lovely place. Haven't been been there for years so good to see again. As for the nutters leaping and a rolling down that hill! Barmy bonkers and Brave. Traditional and very British. Think there is a barrel rolling event too somewhere and ofcourse mud snorkling (Cant remember the name of this event but Ive seen it). Thanks and see yoy next time for more virtual adventures with you both. Brilliant.✌️👍
I saw this highlighted on a news programme couple years back, prob pre covid, a young woman won it a few years in a row and she had broken so many bones over the years. Great to watch , not for the faint hearted. Enjoyed video guys. Take care. Michelle.
Wow, what an innovative peas pesto. I must try it. The pasta looked so yummy. 😊 And the cheese rolling is so crazy and scary. The place looks spectacular. Stay safe and see you both in next week's video.
'Morning, beautiful people. What happened, Liam? No show down Cooper's Hill! Not like you two to be side liners. They are crazy, for sure, thanks for taking us along for the view, though. Looking forward to your antics next week. Stay safe.
I'm good! Unfortunately I broke my leg during the race. I live in Canada and had to have surgery immediately when I got home. I now have a plate with 8 screws in my leg. However, I wouldn't change a thing. It was one the most amazing experience in my life!
Yes I'm an Aussie, saw it on the news here in Sth Australia crazy as....hope no one was too badly injured, I thought of you guys when I saw it on the news, not knowing of course that you were actually going to be there.....thanks for showing us so much of what happens in the UK.
TT on the Isle of Man is the craziest event in my opinion. Nothing is as insane as the drivers that zoom through the villages and roads there. But this is in the top 10 probably
Yes mad dogs and Englishmen - hilarious (from NZ) as a kid we would get cardboard boxes and slide down one of the volcanos in Auckland at One Tree Hill. Of course the fun police have stopped that now and put rocks in so kids can't do this anymore....and we survived and can't recall being injured.
Well that was different, I've known about this 'sport' for years but this was by far the best coverage I've seen to date. Thank you for something completely off the wall x
Ahhh I haven't seen Cheddar Gorge since I went on holiday with my Primary School. Those beefy Rugby players were so caring how they caught everyone at the bottom of the cheeseroll! 😊❤
I've seen this before on You Tube. It's truly mental. Scary yet exciting to watch. I was worried you were going to try it! A friend of my brothers did it (years ago) and he dislocated his shoulder - well actually no he didn't it was a 20 stone man landing on top of him. He still described it as fun though.
A Canadian woman won the female race apparently! Crazy event but then most of us in Canada come from British stock so there you go! Lol I wouldn’t do it but I certainly would enjoy the cheese. Xx
Thanks Guys for a great vlog, thoroughly enjoyed the British entertainment all the way from the land down under, crazy what some people do for fun :) We are fellow van lifers travelling Australia and can't help but notice the cold weather your experiencing with summer coming on. We have not worn a jumper or jacket since we left Melbourne and headed up the east coast. Its now winter here and exploring Queensland in t-shirts and shorts everyday. Hope you get some warmer weather soon.😍Keep up the good work🤩
Hi guys thanks for bringing such a wild event to us, spectacularly filmed Janine, they must be 🤪 but it all look like they had a lot of fun ,and probably a few bruises it the end of it, I hope no one got seriously injured looking forward to the next Vlog guys ❤💙👍
Thanks for sharing this incredibly nutty but interesting event!! Am sure you both struggled to breathe at times watching others crash themselves about!!! 😮 hopefully no one seriously hurt.
Crazy entertainment. I hope no one was injured. Fascinating and cringey at the same time. Thanks for sharing your adventures. The weather is warming up again. I can't wait to see your countryside walks, beach sunsets, and of course, all the lovely vegan food. Take care and happy travels xx
I can only agree with the comment about your filming of this event, the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve watched plenty of the cheeserolling vids and news reports over the years. It is pure madness 😂 Thanks for the somewhat guilty laughs 👍
Excellent episode. We live close to Coopers Hill and often walk the Cotswold Way which runs along the top of the hill; when you look over the edge it really gives you the heebie-jeebies! Well done in showing just how bonkers an event it is 😂
Heyyyyy, I’m the guy who the arrow pointing at in your thumbnail!!!!! It was a awesome day, ended up with a broken foot but was totally worth it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😮 Uggggh!
Omg. Heal well!
Hey! Wishing you a speedy recovery 🙏 thanks for commenting
Maybe a bit crazy but I'm pleased you are able to do it in this increasingly nanny state we live in !
Crazy 😂😂😂😂😂

Excellent footage best I've seen of it. What a great British event not ruined by health and safety. Great laugh hope everyone was ok. I wonder how everyone looked the next day with all the bruises!😂🧀🧀🧀🧀

Hi from Norfolk (UK),
I stumbled upon your channel by accident, and my partner and I absolutely love it. The presentation and content feel so natural and real. Morgan, your mobile tiny home is fantastic! Please keep sharing your adventures.

Yes, I am watching from North Carolina, USA every Sunday morning and loving you both. You both are the sweetest most wonderful couple.
Much love Amy, we love our friends over the pond joining us 💙💗
Omg! I've missed this episode... Watching now❤🎉
I was born and raised in Gloucestershire. Have been to the Cheese Rolling a couple of times, frightened the life out of me just watching. Not sure if the people taking part should be praised for their bravery or committed to the nearest Funny Farm.
🤣🤣🤣👍
Omg how funny and crazy at the same time. And I thought the polar plunge was nuts, but the cheese rolling wins !
OMG! Looked even more painful in slo-mo 😧Great action shots guys 🤠
Thanks Liam and Janine, Im watching from Melbourne Australia. And you're right absolutely Mad!!! I laughed and smiled watching the guys down the bottom catching people. And did I forget to say Brave too!!
Loved watching this. Hope everyone is ok. So great to watch the rugby players catching everyone at the end. Love us crazy Brits. Brilliant vlog 👏🏻🙌
Barmy Brits
Gotta giggle..... vegans staying at a Toby 🤣🤣🤣
We have to live amongst THEM 👹😊😊😊
I am a vegetarian and I love cavery because they serve a variety of vegetables. It is difficult to get a variety of vegetables in most eateries.
I just listened to a podcast about the importance of play, for all life, for life. If that makes sense lol in other words studies have shown that even venomous snakes play. That's what I see in this vlog. Human beings at play. Absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤🎉
We play because it's a all a game 😍 children and snakes do it best 👌
Fkn awesome.. If y'all think this is crazy you guys should check out the Hallaton Bottle kicking in Leicestershire(think it's an Easter Monday event so maybe one for next year) gwan I dare ya lol.. Makes this look like a nice chilled fun day out lol...Enjoy your festivities init 😉🦊

I feel for you and definitely wouldn't know what to say
And you might survive the hill but then get rugby tackled at the bottom! 😂😂😂
LOL that is Hilarious!! The look on the rugby players faces- and that lady made it down with her purse, three points for keeping that together.
I think we saw him
Thank you for sharing. Watching with you from Alabama in the USA.
Thanks for joining us

Wow that’s truly insane! 😂 love the slow mo footage and when the lady hugged the rugby player at the end. Another great video 😊
🤣🤣

That looked so daring and dangerous! Thanks for sharing❤
'Morning, beautiful people. What happened, Liam? No show down Cooper's Hill! Not like you two to be side liners. They are crazy, for sure, thanks for taking us along for the view, though. Looking forward to your antics next week. Stay safe.
If they had vegan cheese wheels, I would consider it 🤣
Oh my! I never realised how steep the hill is! Mind you, those lovely rugby guys to catch you at the end would be a treat 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Well, Australians are just the same.. i have done pumpkin rolling competitions in my time, but the hill was not as steep as that one. Love it.
The women's event was absolutely insane never cried so much 😂😂😂😂
I live down the road from Cooper's hill, visit robert downs olimpic games for shin kicking
Hello!!! I am the guy in the green shirt who is first tumbling down the hill. Great video!!!!
How you feeling?
I'm good! Unfortunately I broke my leg during the race. I live in Canada and had to have surgery immediately when I got home. I now have a plate with 8 screws in my leg. However, I wouldn't change a thing. It was one the most amazing experience in my life!
My dad loved taking us to Cheddar. Been loads of times.
It's great isn't it
I don't know what that song is at the end, or even what it is about, but every time I hear it I burst into tears.
A great video, the rugby boys were excellent, well done everyone who took part ❤❤
Recipe... peasssseeee! 😂❤ Tinned peas be ok? Looking for plant based recipes to make in our campervan xxx
Best to use defrosted ones.Probably taste better not cooked.
Fun day out 😁 loved watching it great footage thanks 👍
First time I ever watched a vlog twice over! Crazy stuff but absolutely fascinating what some humans will put themselves through 😂
😄😄👍
Yes I'm an Aussie, saw it on the news here in Sth Australia crazy as....hope no one was too badly injured, I thought of you guys when I saw it on the news, not knowing of course that you were actually going to be there.....thanks for showing us so much of what happens in the UK.

Aw thanks mate 💙
TT on the Isle of Man is the craziest event in my opinion. Nothing is as insane as the drivers that zoom through the villages and roads there.

They are nuts. I watch you guys from Isla Colon, a very small island off the Caribbean coast of Panama. Love your videos and your music choices
How amazing, thank you so much for joining us each week
the rugby players were the best.
thank you for doing such coverage of this crazy event.
🧀🏃
🏉💗
You have to come to Tar Barrels in Devon Nov 5th. Another crazy British event !!!
I am convinced one of those ladies participated just to get a hug from a rugby player at the bottom. Fair play!!! 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
Pesto is so versatile, try walnuts instead of pine nuts ... if you want. Great vlog as usual.😊
Well that was different, I've known about this 'sport' for years but this was by far the best coverage I've seen to date. Thank you for something completely off the wall x
Ah thanks Bob 🙏

Your filming was absolutely fantastic! Loved it when the Rugby players caught them at the end, awwww! I’m in Glouc, but never been!
Great video of the event Jenine. There was even a lady with a crossover bag! It was a good laugh. Yes they are “mad”. Great video and narration.

Hi from Gloucestershire. Yea fairly mad people around here. Great video 😁

Thanks for sharing that recipe. It was delicious and a big hit in our household!
So pleased you liked it
Thanks for sharing this incredibly nutty but interesting event!! Am sure you both struggled to breathe at times watching others crash themselves about!!! 😮 hopefully no one seriously hurt.
Yeah it was a hard watch on the whole 😮
That’s the best footage I’ve ever seen of the race. It’s carnage! Thanks for sharing.
Haha thank you
They should put loads of bouncy castles at the bottom 😊 Brilliant, thanks guys.
Oh my gosh that’s insane! Great giggle out of it but insane, no wonder the medical services said they want no part….
Madness, glad your having fun. Love sundays for you guys.
Great video..what is rolling down the empty hill at 19.23..anyone else see something?
That is totally crazy lol however the thought of being tackled by a fit rugby player has me tempted 😂
🤣🤣🤣
You should checkout Keg racing in the Peak District, a race between two pubs one in edale and the other on the snake pass
Haha sounds great
Wow ! Loved the cheese rolling , mind you I would never do that. Thanks guys for filming it .
American here! That was bizarre with a nutty finish to that cheese roll❤🎉😂
Crazy entertainment. I hope no one was injured. Fascinating and cringey at the same time. Thanks for sharing your adventures. The weather is warming up again. I can't wait to see your countryside walks, beach sunsets, and of course, all the lovely vegan food. Take care and happy travels xx
Thank you Lorraine 🌞👍
Gr8 vid. Have you tried Bute island sheese, the cheddar is my fave and goes really well with mac...n cheese as a sauce of course 🙂
Yeah I like bute melted, but I think new vegans would find it a little more offensive
@@ThoseHappyDays yeah, i think i know what you mean. Happy Travels guys x
What a trip ! Hoping theres no serious injuries. Excellent vid as usual!
That was awesome lol. Looks like heaps of fun
And then there's the Atherstone Ball Game. Played on Shrove Tuesday in Atherstone Warwickshire, has one rule only - killing is not permitted!
Found myself watching through squinted eyes muttering ooh! ohh!! every ten seconds 😂😂
🤣
I can only agree with the comment about your filming of this event, the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve watched plenty of the cheeserolling vids and news reports over the years. It is pure madness 😂 Thanks for the somewhat guilty laughs 👍
Thanks so much, we had a lot of fun despite it being hard to watch some of the falls
Hi guys. So glad you back touring England. Great vid. Lou x
🇬🇧🤩
Bonkers glad the bureaucrats have not banned it
Excellent episode. We live close to Coopers Hill and often walk the Cotswold Way which runs along the top of the hill; when you look over the edge it really gives you the heebie-jeebies! Well done in showing just how bonkers an event it is 😂
👍🇬🇧
