I used the Prusa Mini profile with the custom G code copied from the official cura profile and it works flawlessly! The printer get identified as a Prusa Mini and I'm able to use the default print profiles without a problem.
It's nice to see that there is finally more going on. But again, retract 4 mm is specified and all sources say a maximum of 2 mm for direct extruders... We have already had this discussion so many times and even in the new manual, Retract was again given as 4-8 mm...
@@Kingroon3DOfficial as already mentioned, 4 mm is too much for direct extruders. All sources (websites, forums, tutorial videos, community) advise 2 mm retract maximum. The new manual for the KP3s was also shown to me once and there was also 4-8mm in it for the KP3S direct extruder ... I had then also immediately complained that you should change that. The discussion I had so many times with the technical support, the normal support, in the official Facebook forum... take but please 2 mm as it really all recommend or justify the times properly why it may be 4 mm with you only all other direct extruder that need different. Thank you.
@@critter42 it creates little trust when the manual already makes the mistake again and again... I hope with version 3.0 it is finally correct... with 2.0 it was made twice wrong... both times I have reported it... and in the Facebook forum had the Kingroon employee at that time just the error also told several times... But 2.0 had been released a long time ago... Kingroon must still work a lot on the support. In the meantime I try no longer from official places to hope for correct answers. It can be that by a test file of the support my printer was clogged first... I have at that time no further research but the first kp3s returned and later bought a new one... the had also immediately less stringing by itself... possibly a Monday model with Monday support
Follow the setup directions for my KP5L, I am getting an error that wants me to add "G92 E0" to the Gcode and I do not know what to do from there. Will not slice with the error.
Hello! I just tried this vide with PrusaSlicer 2.6.0, but I got an error: "Relative extruder addresing requires resetting the extruder position at each layer to prevent loss of floating point accuracy. Add "G92 E0" to layer_gcode." What did i miss or do wrong? Thanks

Nozzle diameter and layer height, definitely. But we have no idea if the other settings change automatically since we never used such size of nozzle. We only use 0.4mm nozzle. So we will run some test with it and see if we can make a tutorial for it. Please add "G92 E0" in "Before layer change G-code". It is in "Printer Settings/Custom G-code". After that it should be able to slice without problem. ho grossi problemi a settare la KP5S... la KP3 è perfetta in tutto mentre con quest'ultima non riesco portare a termine un buon prodotto, asse X e Y non allineati e li dovrò calibrare e anche seguendo le impostazioni del video, non riesco migliorare... ho provato Cura e la cosa non cambia... non riesco capire cosa c'è che non va...

I belatedly saw that. It is working well in Prusa slicer now but will need some fine tuning. You might want to take down Part 1 until you're able to redo it. I wasted time inputting the settings in the video before finding part 2.
@@endicott65 We are not going to redo the video, it only shows how to set it up. But the profiles will be updated according to our test and tuning. This series of tutorials will be updated to introduce more tips. We might get back to it soon.

Correct. We will update a new video for our bowden tube 3D printers. This tutorial is made for beginners and waiting for advised.

Just make sure you import the config well, i think.
How about kp3s pro? Can i use just after changed bed size to 200x200 from kp3s?
