Salam. Thank you for this video. I am a revert since December 2021. I had to take a break from Islam after Ramadan, to get relief from these obsessive behaviors. I felt inadequate and worthless instead of being in love with Allah. Ive got enough mental space now to give it another go. While fasting from Islam, I still thanked Allah for everything all the time, even the rough experiences. I held fast to Allah while taking time to ease away from Scrupulosity. Alhamdulillah. Allah understands.
I have never, ever, in my 8 years of suffering with scrupulosity in Islam, describe each and every one of my obsessions and compulsions so perfectly. I thought I was the only one doing these things. I cannot thank you enough. Truly, from my heart, thank you for addressing this. I have suffered beyond what words can describe, and the acknowledgement that what I am going through is absolutely part of a legitimate condition is a tremendous relief. Again, thank you.
@faridhermansyah3024 of course I can. I'll type in one more comment about my experience and how it's going for me currently and the things that I did to overcome it
I have this type of ocd regarding what is pure and impure in islaam. Since i live in Europe things that are impure like alcohol, pork related things are very common. I cannot touch almost nothing anymore, as praying with impurity would be not valid.

@@immortalwarlock307 what kind of problems?
@@immortalwarlock307 i can help you to do it in about 5 minutes. i had it myself that it took me about 40-45 minutes to do it.
Best way to deal with this type of OCD is to be a murtadun. You know washing hand and chanting his name 33times are nothing but Momo's symptoms
