What binders would you recommend for exercising at the gym?
I am big chested and want to be able to fully exercise, I have a lot of social dysphoria with my chest and only so much money. I have only two tomboyx compression tops one with and without adjustable straps and both warn in, I'm starting my summer job soon in a couple weeks and I may do heavy lifting.
