Bhai aap ek bar mota mota taar laga ke try ki jiye, aap ne jo taar istemal kiya high ampere me wo bhi thoda bahot resistance banata hai aur voltage drop karta hai, to jab aap do BMS ko Parallel kiye the to Taar patla hone ke wajah se ek BMS me jyada load pada hoga, dusra me kam, aur wo shut down ho gya aur tab dusra BMS akela pad gya, wo bhi shut down ho gya. To aab aap mota taar laga ke dekhiye, agar nhi hota hai, to BMS ki MOSFETs ke sath parallel me kuch aur MOSFETs laga dena aur uska jo current sensing resistance hai uske sath parallel me aur kuch resistance laga dena, to higher current me protection trigger hoga,
Inrush current ke liye ek aur interesting solution hai, aap current sensing resistor se jo taar ic me ja raha hai sense ke liye, usme ek resistance aur capacitor laga ke delay network bana dena. To high current aane ke baad bhi protection trigger hone me thoda sa time lag jayega, aur tab tak inrush current kam ho chuka hoga.

Hello listen. 4pc lithium ion phosphate battery. 3.20 volt 6000mah.60amp bms.so as same lead acid battery voltage not any problem.I use my fz250 bike work perfectly not any problem.much safer than lithium ion battery.use only lifepo4 battery.

May be your bms faulty or charger problem
Try to charge individual group of cell with tp4056

@@laxmanpatil7159 yes the main purpose is not to overcharge the battery that's why we use bms but bms wouldn't be able to start self motor so we have to bypass the bms but it will overcharge the battery so using diode can help to bypass bms because current will only flow to the motor and it will not reverse to charge the battery.

40amp ja bms tabi safe rahega. Bypass krne se battery short hone khatara h. Battery short se battery me aag lagegi pakka
