Starting from the one with the bottom grade and ending with the one who got the maximum points, one by one passed in front of the board to receive their exams. it isn't, the music and sountrack are awesome and epic, but the movie is shit. It contradicts itself multiple times, and paints Columbus as a person of vision, not to mention it made the fact that Columbus slaughtered mercilessly a bunch of natives into a myth, not even basing itself on history itself, but on what is thought in school. The soundtrack as I said is epic, but the movie itself isn't historically accurate, nor is it a good historic movie.
I agree the music is great but I don't remember much about the film. I don't think it's accurate enough about the real reason for the exploration, which is greed.

It contradicts itself multiple times, and paints Columbus as a person of vision, not to mention it made the fact that Columbus slaughtered mercilessly a bunch of natives into a myth, not even basing itself on history itself, but on what is thought in school.
The soundtrack as I said is epic, but the movie itself isn't historically accurate, nor is it a good historic movie.
I agree the music is great but I don't remember much about the film. I don't think it's accurate enough about the real reason for the exploration, which is greed.

There is a lot that there isnt known about Colombo. The comon theory about being Genovese is completely wrong. A guy that did not write in italian? Then, see the names of the islands given by him in the Carabbean. All of then exactly match the names of Portuguese villages around another Portuguese one, Cuba. The only one known in Europe in that time...plus his relation with Portugal. As soon you realize that you start to notice a yierd pattern...Colombo must have been Portuguese with a secret mission...probably a double agent...he even stopped in Lisbon returning from the Carribean....this is not only about the Spanish, akso about Portuguese...
