My son had that quite chronically. His GP gave him a simple exercise to do. Stand on the bottom step of the stairs with just the toes and ball of the affected foot on the step. Then lower your heel as far down to the floor as you can without slipping off the step. Hold for 5 seconds then raise again to horizontal. Then repeat 20 times or as much as you can cope with. Do this several times per day for several weeks and it will improve.

Thanks for the great comment it’s really appreciated 👍 The Canon camera I use is a G7x mk111 it’s a great camera but you have to make sure your settings are right. I’ve put a little muff called a dead cat on top of the mic still let’s in a bit of wind noise tho. I still use my IPhone for other shots like time lapsing. And on the occasion on bike footage a cheap action camera SJCAM make. Hope this helps. And thanks again for tuning in and sticking with me 😃👍
You say you feel like you're being watched when you're in the woods. It's because you are being watched. Squirrels, birds, mice etc. It's your sixth sense. All animals have it including humans, although ours is probably much more subdued but it's still there.
yep just got back could not get into the forest all access blocked off or most, hundreds of tree down pity and it was pissing down and windy so the best part of valour we pissed off to a camp site

Great video, love the Harwood ones, just hit me that I’ve seen you strike the fire steel with the sharp side of the knife, the other side is much better for it as you won’t ruin the edge on it, anyways, good vid:)

Lol I slept with an axe and a knife on my chest every night the first two weeks homeless. kept well out a the way of people scary stuff at times but you learn to control your fear.
