- If you can’t fall asleep without sticking your knees out whilst lying on your side, then you are a calm and reliable person. It’s not easy to offend you, and you’re not scared of the future. You smile even on the most miserable winter morning and can adjust to any changes that occur in your life.

I need to sleep on my stomach, or at least halfway on my stomach. It's all about giving me a sense of security. I've always sat with pillows on my lap, and sometimes need to drive with my purse or jacket on my lap. When I feel mentally stronger I can drive with nothing on my lap. It's all about security and feeling safe for me.

My most common sleeping position is when I sleep on my stomach with one knee bent and the other straight. I use my left/right arm on my check and the other close to my face. My position is a combination of other sleeping positions.

For a long time my favorite position has been #3 "on the stomach" and #1 "with the knees out." I agree with the descriptions on both. Anyway, this days I sleep with pillows around me; pillow between my knees, pillow in front of me to hug and one behind me and of course one under my head, only then I feel supported and totally comfortable...I wonder why?
