It's safe as long as you don't spray water in one area for too long which forces the water into places. If the car is a little old then you may need to cover some electrics
Do we need to disconnect anything and use plastic bag to cover the alternator? Mine was BMW X5 G05 and am thinking to clean the engine bay as well
Nope - modern cars are pretty covered but just don't spray too hard in one area directly for too long
Was that a vacuum you used to get the water away or did you use a blower ?
It was a vacuum that has a blower function but attaching the hose to the other end. My particular one was the Vacmaster 20L

Turo is dying in UK host rules are not fair are you selling your fleet?
I completely agree. Turo have become extremely greedy and the price to rent a car is double if not more the price the host actually sets. We’re also strangled with the rules and having to keep in line with all of them makes it difficult to expand. I’m not selling just yet but demand this summer seems to be very low and us hosts know it’s only because of Turo’s extortionate fees
