- Brandon James discusses the book about his mother Jeanne Carmen, "My Wild, Wild Life," joined by sister Kellee Jade Campo, in this 2013 half-hour interview with cable TV host Skip E Lowe. Their mother had revealed numerous secrets about Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, John and Robert Kennedy, Sam Giancana, and numerous others.

The 'look's was just Skip E. He was quite an eccentric personality. As a host and interviewer, it is true, he left much to be desired, but, quite frankly, as Rhett Bultler would say, he didn't give a damn! He was always fresh and unique. He will be missed. Besides, he had half of every interview accurate. SKIP always loved show business and New York and especially, his personal mistress, HOLLYWOOD. enjoy him and his effort. RIP
Lowe doesn't LISTEN to his interviewees--in any of his interviews! He doesn't let anyone finish their sentences or thoughts!! Right when some juicy tidbit or interesting info is about to be spoken, Lowe cuts off the speaker. He also doesn't "get it" when the daughter (Kellee) wants him to acknowledge her as partner in the project. (at end of tape) *smh* His sole focus on Kellee's breasts and looks is offensive and oh-so-passe'. Get up to date, Lowe!

Skip was about 84 here, died the next year. He interviewed so many interesting people, but never improved.

I'm so glad Jeanne was proud of being a great & good Mother. That's wonderful and so important. Bless her. Her life's story is all true. Why would she lie..there's no reason to. And she has millions of true stories..
I'm Disgusted that they mention Jayne Mansfield & they show her in one clip . I will say Jayne went on a date with JFK & later the next day her maid said in the book Mansfield & the 50s that she heard Jayne say You are about as boring as a dish towel & hung up Mansfield was known for her 163 IQ & told him to hit the bricks !!!

Jeanne Carmen could during her life not prove her claimed friendship to Marilyn Monroe and she failed to deliver evidence for her claims. She did not own a photograph of them both together, nor could she prove her residence as being in an apartment near Monroe in form of a utility bill. The close entourage and the friends of Marilyn NEVER mention the name of Jeanne CARMEN. Everything she tells about her supposed friendship with Marilyn is pure invention. She's a top-notch storyteller, mythomaniac and liar.
For her own protection perhaps... Maybe she has photos with Marilyn only her family has seen...Marilyn called her friend Jeanne over to come over and stay the night with her twice the night she died..that was documented with Telephone Records.
The best part is when Peter LAWFORD is outed!
Christina Halpin Brandon is very much like his mother. The interviewer didn't interrupt as much. Fascinating wasn't it.

Jeanne Carmen in all of her interviews sounds believable BUT critics who challenge her stories claim there’s not one picture of Jeanne and Marilyn TOGETHER in response to Jeanne’s claims of their supposed close friendship. Brandon and Kellee are great kids! JEANNE CARMEN WAS A GREAT LADY. So much left out here. (Skip Lowe OLD AND SENILE HERE. Bad interviewer.) Hoping more surfaces of Jeanne Carmen’s fascinating life.
But there is a photo of them together just Google there names together under image search it's right there
@@wickedmountain There are no photos of Marilyn and Jeanne together. Also Jeanne's phone number wasn't in Marilyn's address books. Jeanne was very much the party girl back in the day and Marilyn was very different than that. Jeanne may not have been a bad person but her stories about MM are all sensationalism. There is nothing that speaks to a real friendship or bond. MM in her own words was a loner. She didn't go out partying.

Right, the same. I have read a big deal of books, and basically none of them really mentioned JC as being her friend. They might crossed their paths, but watching the woman talk about her in number of interviews, she doesn't sound a bit like a reliable source at all.

🤣 As if any of you would know what your mother got up to at least she was straight up honest. Her children did not know about her fame till later they probably asked her questions etc they seem an open family at least they did not have secrets. Secrets always have a way of coming out later on I'm sure some families can agree. Seems she had a good life good on her.

Andrea TH-cam Jeanie Carmen is a fraud! She is the worse type of person who profits from the death of Marilyn Monroe! In truth, she never knew MM and their only encounter was a casual few minutes at the Doheni Rd. Apartment where MM had an apartment. Carmen and friends were having a raucous pool party when MM was returning from a hard day of filming! Carmen asked her to join the party but MM apologized explaining that she was very tired and wanted to rest! That was it! It sickens me how she can lie thru her teeth in order to make a buck!

Most people won't admit the truth even when confronted with the evidence from individuals who were there at the time and knew the truth regarding these individuals.

Marilyn wasn't with Giacana. She was with Joe Dmagio at Calneva. Frank invited them both.
Marilyn told the gangsters that her and Joe were getting back together and that they were giving a press conference the next day.
Giacana hatched a plan. He told Marilyn to invite Bobby over to her house the next day. He told her to tell him that she had a tape of them having sex.
Marilyn agreed because she wanted revenge on both of them for hurting her. Giacana sent hit men over after Bobby got angry and pushed her down and eventually left.
Giacana staged it to make it look like Bobby murdered Marilyn. Giacana didn't really want to murder her, but saw she was too emotionally involved with the Kennedy's.
He was afraid of Bobby coming down on him and his mob friends if Marilyn kept making threats.
Giacana tried to kill two birds with one stone.

I read from 2 sources years back that Giancana was at Calneva, & Marilyn thought she was going to be with Frank. Allegedly, Giancana drugged & raped her, photographed the session, & showed it to MM after, to get her to be quiet. She had been planning a press conference where she planned to spill the beans: and those beans could have meant her involvement with JFK & RFK, some damaging Castro plot info, the ties the mob had to getting JFK elected to begin with, etc. I believe although she must have bee n terrified, traumatised, hurt & dreadfully abused, that she planned to go ahead with the press conference, & that Giancana couldn't risk that, nor could he ignore way to make the Kennedy's look bad by trying to pin it on them. A horrible, unsavoury violent end to a beautiful woman who didn't deserve any of that.
