    Phoenix lost his badge, and and he was only thinking of client.
    ......Mia Fey should be proud

    It's funny that Phoenix Wright loses his attorney's badge after just 3 years, when other characters from the franchise have careers that are longer than Wright's.

      @@fahmidafarees_ I think that kind of reflects how unfair the system is in Ace Attorney. When von Karma forges evidence, he gets a penalty. When Wright does it, his potential as a lawyer is flushed down the drain.

    Still don’t get why everyone else in the history of this game either got away or got mildly punished for presenting illegal evidence but when Phoenix does it ONE time (and he did not even do it he was set up) he has his badge and job taken away for SEVEN YEARS!

    Why doesn't Phoenix just cross-examine Misham? It's his right to do so since he hasn't been disbarred yet, and there is an argument he can pursue. Even if the page is fake, the tear in the page really does match up with the book presented by the prosecution, so the forger must have had access to the book, or at least to the removed page that the prosecution is insisting doesn't exist. Since Phoenix is suspicious for having the forged evidence in his possession, Gavin should be suspicious for possessing the book involved in its creation.
    And yet Phoenix feels the need to ask the court to hear him out? And the judge just says no? Why?!

      The very MOMENT that evidence was revealed to be illegitimate, He was no longer considered to be a lawyer... besides, the accused is NOT allowed to make any sort of defense, he's assuredly lying. Phoenix was done for.

      Its like how romance drama shows make the boyfriend be all like "wait hear me out i can explain" then proceed to not explain things out, phoenix wright couldve brought up the fact that trucy gave him the false evidence and that (iirc) she said she got it from a stranger, so i feel like at least he could get away with a few penalties instead of losing his badge if he tried to argue.

    I heard somewhere that this was 1 of 2 outcomes for Phoenix. The other is that he would retire as an attorney and become a law teacher (and Apollo Justice would be one of Phoenix's students).
    But, I'm probably guessing that because Phoenix has brought down a few fearful prosecutors when he was a rookie, the tables have to turn for him. Oh well, maybe he can try his abilities against the Marvel superheroes.

    It honestly feels good to see Phoenix finally pay for all the times he's flaunted the law in his career. He may not have made the evidence, but he still presented it. And so many times, if the Judge wasn't such a doddering fool, Phoenix has committed several crimes to have his defendants found innocent. (False accusations, fillibustering, illegally removing evidence from a crime scene).... It must be said, something like this was a LONG time coming.

    • @dylanzlol7293
      @dylanzlol7293 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      And yet you neglect to mention that the prosecutors tend to do the same thing just to illegally "prove" that an innocent person (the defendant) is actually guilty, why do the prosecutors get to legally investigate/get info of the crime scenes and then withhold the evidence until the middle of the trial (example: updated autopsy report), but phoenix wright playing the even field is bad? Besides, if investigating the crime scene as a defense attorney is illegal, why did he keep his job? And so what with the false accusations? Thats just phoenix wright running on missing info, his job is to defend his client, so he has think of a way to do that, and the prosecution is the one who's usually claiming that an innocent defendant is guilty so its not like phoenix wright is le baddie who deserved being tricked into presenting false evidence
