    In this short video, we're going to create a pretty simple Isometric Diagram using Illustrator. In just a few steps, it is possible to export your drawing from a 3D software, open up in Illustrator and make it awesome.
    Today's video is focused on our new pack! Make sure to check it out.

    Hi, great tutorial, loved it. I'd like to recommend you a little feature for the 3D text effect. Just apply 3D effect directly, there is even an isometric preset there already, set extrusion to 0 and no shading, done👍

    • @LearnUpstairs
      @LearnUpstairs  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tim, yes! I use this 3D effect really often. But for the pattern, we would had to expand the appearence to then create the pattern. And also for the text, I like to have it as a transformed text box instead of an "effect".
      In the other video where I teach about the Isometric, I mention this 3D effect. But thank you for pointing that out, I really appreciate! 😀

    • @LearnUpstairs

      Hi Hidde, that's a really good option. There's actually an effect built in into illustrator that does that. Check Effects > 3D > Extrude and Bevel. It's a different way to get there, and let's you customize after applying the distortion.

    Olá Oliver, eu acompanho sempre o conteúdo do seu canal, já me ajudou muito na representação de projetos do meu canal, inclusive esse vídeo vai me ajudar em um projeto de concurso que eu estou participando, eu queria agradecer porque seu canal foi uma inspiração para eu criar o meu, no meu o conteúdo ele tá completamente em português, mas é algo mais informativo tentando trazer algumas discussões sobre arquitetura, é algo que eu faço muito por diversão e porque adoro fazer vídeos, eu só queria saber se você poderia me mandar algumas dicas de como melhorar, ficaria muito grato! Um abraço Oliver!!

      Oi Viés Arquitetônico! Obrigado pelo feedback. Ficou feliz em poder ajudar.
      Criar videos é uma coisa muito boa mesmo, e ajuda muita gente. Nos começo é mais dificil, mas o certo é continuar produzindo e com o tempo você vai melhorando o processo e ajustando as etapas.
      Uma coisa que aprendi com o tempo, foi ajustar o volume da voz e a música. A intro até pode ter uma musica um pouco mais alto, mas depois ela deve ficar bem de fundo. Ainda sinto que posso melhorar nisso, mas foi algo que melhorou muito ao longo dos videos. Além disso também em investir em um microfone e fazer roteiro! Com certeza roteiro é essencial 😀
      Boa sorte nessa nova jornada!
