Why do you do long stretches before a workout? It reduces performance.
InvestorHawk no it doesn’t. As long as you do a proper warm up and fire up your CNS your performance isn’t impacted.

i think its hard to determine depending on what bands you have/ use because theyll add different resistance at lockout
