    It´s so good too see someone with so much true knowledge, creativity and and still humble, not only concerned about aesthetics or weight lifting, but specialy with functionality. I just start seeing the video with thumbs up without knowing it´s content. I believe this channel will grow a lot! Thank you ! (Sorry about my English... I am from Portugal :)

    hey jake....i really like your videos (quick narration and straight to the point) the movements are also fluid and not wasting anytime. you're a muscular guy with great mobility and flexibility (amazing stretches)....while maintaining functional explosive athletic ability....which is exactly the type of guidance im looking for...just subscribed and keep'em coming.

    Hey you guys. I know this is an inane question (I’m so sorry). The sets and reps scheme for the deads is 1 set at 5 reps, 1 set at 3 reps, 1 set at 2? Then repeat with a heavier weight? What percentages of one rep max would be good for this set up?

    The warm looks so intense it could be a work out on its own. I just do 6 body weight squats and get into it, I need to upgrade my warm-up game.

      We mix it up throughout the year with different training cycles. This cycle is focused on deadlift. The next leg day of the week has a squat focus.
