My friends mother diagnosed stage 4 colon cancer, 4 weeks to live. She moved 5 hrs away the next day to help her mom. Immediately put her on purified water only and 'RAW' ORGANIC FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. NOTHING COOKED or STEAMED. RAW ONLY.
Very thankful to God to share her mom was cancer free in 6 months.
Doctors were dumb founded. Couldn't understand. (Of course not....they're doctors)
That was 14 yrs ago and my friends mom is healthy and living life to its fullest.
All glory & praise to God,
    our Great Physician.

Thank you. I needed to hear/read this! When it comes to cancer patients most of what I read is they should not eat raw foods if on chemo because they are more susceptible to infection due to raw food bacteria. In my opinion if washed very thoroughly it can be elminated.

My now deceased mother was told by her oncologist that cancer doesn´t care what you eat, that she should eat what she wanted. So, we read and learnt all we could about nutrition and she made some radical changes to her nutrition. She had 2 ops and tons of chemo and radiotherapy, all during the pandemic and with reduced medical resources, and even though she faced it all with dignity and incredible strength, she passed on last year. In this day and age, it´s a disgrace that oncologists know or claim to know nothing about human nutrition and how it affects us, as well as our unhealed traumas and emotions. Thank god for people like you

I love you. What a great teacher you are. All great information. I have Stage 4 liver and bone cancer that is not responding, to my doctor's dismay. When I saw her last week, she seemed genuinely frightened and scheduled me for Taxol, which will cause hand and foot neuropathy. I am terrified and feel so sure that this is not the road for me. Instinctively, I asked what I can do and the answer was that I should eat a proper diet. She was unfamiliar with sulforaphane, i3c, SCOT inhibitors, etc and that's when I myself became frightened because this disease is progressing. I will look into Immunotherapy immediately. I want to give my body a chance. Especially since I have been told I have NO chance of healing. I have nothing to lose VS losing all my hair, normal sensation in my hands and feet and possibly a damaged heart from intravenous chemo. If you pray, please keep me in mind. Thank you!

This is very helpful information. I am a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed in 2000 when my doctor told me that I only had one year to live. I had chemotherapy and radiation. That was a long, stressed, out journey . Thank God for my grandmother, who gave me her advice to change my diet. She said to cut out all of those artificial food and drinks and replace them with fruits and vegetables and water . That was my first step to recovery. As the years went by, I did more research. I started to do my exercise and drink more water . I drink lots of natural tea without sugar. I let go of all of the things that weren't any good for me. I started doing intermittent
fasting in 2022 . I downloaded the zero app on my phone to keep track of my fasting. I'm always searching for more information to better my health. I also use natural all natural skin care products. Thank you for sharing.

Vegetables actually contain all of the essential amino acids we need, we just need to eat lots of combinations to acquire them all - this can be helped by eating things like quinoa or buckwheat which have a complete set of amino acids. That's why in some highly vegetarian countries/cultures you see combination like hummus and wholemeal pitta, rice and peas etc, the list goes on. These combination help the body gett he full set of the amino acids the body needs. The body does not favour whether these essential amino acids come from (plant or animal) - just that it gets enough :) This is why being a body builder and being vegan is possible @@igorkaczmarski7794

My dad ( God bless his soul)asked me to show him my urine the next time I had the urge to urinate and sureely,my urine was bright pink. He went up the hill side from where we lived ,picked some plant from the forest and made a tea for me by boiling .I drank it all. On my next urge to urinate my dad was also present .The very first part was pink then my urine transformed to crystal clear, even I was shocked as I dont recall ever seeing my urine looking so clear.I have never urinated blood since then.My problem is I moved from the area and my dad has long passed but I believe that plant hold a cure for something afflicting the urinary system.I may just go on a mission to find it .

Don't limit yourself with traditional food. The plants that we consider as weeds, plants, and trees which grow around us has amazing food and medicinal value. We have been trained to fear anything that we can't get from a store when the truth is that we have everything we need for food and medicine all around us.

Yes maybe... but don't forget that most of the plants are inedible and some are very toxic. Worse, some plants which are edible are not so different of poisonous plants so you can easily poison yourself. For example wild carrots are edible (but not very tasty) and are very similar to hemlock which is poisonous.
You can also get poisonous plants in a store like sorrel. Of course you need to eat a lot of sorrel to die but there are reported and documented cases of death by sorrel soup.
And if you don't necessarily die from a green smoothie cure you can lose your kidneys.

This is true and I am a big believer in health through diet and natural foods but I caution everyone to educate yourself on those plants first as just as there are many that are beneficial, there are also many that are very toxic. In some plants even one part of plant can be beneficial and another part can be quite toxic. So, as it is in everything, it is wise to do the full research first before experimenting or even just taking someone’s suggestion of trying something. To give a non food example, I have noticed a number of garden shows or podcasts that recommend the flower foxglove for a garden of a family with children and pets. Yes, foxglove is a very pretty flowering plant but it is also what they make digitalis, the heart medication, from and most parts of the plant are potent but even the tiny seeds if ingested can kill a child. There are other pretty flowering plants available without risking those that can be unsafe if touched or accidentally ingested. Dieffenbachia and Mother-In-Law’s Tongue (common name, sorry do not remember actual official name, but has tall fleshy sword shaped often variegated leaves) are often recommended house plants but if the sap from leaves gets on fingers or if someone would actually get curious and taste a leaf, it can numb and swell throat cutting off oxygen and can suffocate. So please research and educate before you try anything. 😉😁

@@lf4061 brooms are often used to in gardens as ornemental plants, they make yellow flowers... and poisonous green beans that children can eat.
I remember that when I was a child we were playing outside and many girls and boys of the band ate a few of these beans. As a preparation they washed them with water. I didn't eat any (survival instinct?), even if many of us, my older sister included, ate some of them. All of them finished their afternoon at the hospital for a gastric lavage. I don't remember exactly how many beans they ate but it wasn't a lot, probably 5 or 6 at most.

I read a book (Arnold Ehret - The Science of Being Well) and ate only fruit for a week twice (early May '08 and late May '08). Only had 4 fruits per day. One was a kiwi and one was a Jalapeno (very hot). All fruits were eaten one at a time at 3 hr. intervals. I never felt better in my life. Esp since i was %100 positive i was gonna die. Next summer i jogged for the first time. I only ran when i was a kid and primarily for sports. Took around 6 weeks to jog 10 miles without pain in my knees but i never missed a morning jog until it got too cold. Next year i fasted on lemonade several times for 3 days and 2 ten day fasts. Also fasted on fruit smoothies twice for 3 days. Took quite a few more years to fast on water. Have only done 3 ten day water fasts. So i lost 12 lbs each time and weighed 113 at the end. The water fast is brutal but better. Activates stem cells (juice and fruit diet does not). The last 3 days of those fasts were 10 thousand times easier than the first 3. I will not run marathons. A brother did many and triathlons and ruined his hips but he is big and tall. A marthoner told me to eat fruit within half hour of a run (even 1/4 marathon). The live enzymes help you heal. Perhaps this could have saved his joints. I am still alive but havent fasted since '17 or run since '22. I am not young anymore. I don't think i could survive a 40 day fast. Even so i would weigh 77 lbs. I dont really eat healthy but i eat a lot of fruit. Just like everyone else, i eat whats for dinner. But make sure fruit is eaten first (usually my breakfast and just one) and at the very least at least 2 fruits per day. I eat a lot of fresh herbal teas mainly from wild herbs.

@@seemapillay3121complete vegetarian don't equal to more wellness. In this days (and future) it's better avoid meat if it's not certified as organic, that's sure, and don't eat pork because it's like cannibalism as it's too similar to our DNA. Also eggs and especially the milk should be organic, and consume unfarmed fish (the farmed swim in it's shit all life...😢) like tuna and other. This foods that i listed can be added and for me are essential for a healt diet (if comes from a certified source that must be clean and healt) .But the base of the pyramid Is the salad : not the tomato or the corn ; i mean the leaves, the green like the Romaine lettuce and other. This are the healtiest and the more needed for the human body with the water and proteins. Third Place fat and carbs (fruit , grains etc.)
On raw or coocked food it's a long speech. When it's possible and not Dangerous (like eggs, meat and other) you should prefer raw food. In USA the almond are pasteurized at High temperature ; if you try a raw almond it's very different in taste. In fact the High temperature kills the vital elements of the food. But also mix coocked and raw food on your stomach don't have any positive impact as your body Will treat Is as a coocked food. So if you go raw as healt choice, you should eat only raw in certain days (so you Will help heal your body) and other day mix with coocked food. In some book (like from Steven gundry that i very recommend you) it's said that it's much Better One portion of coocked eggs instead of beans. Also i recommend you a book for understand raw food diet. Good Life and don't belive those that want to convince you that there Is only the hard way... That way you get side affects from the pills causing more disease which then they sell you more pills which cause more side affects which then they sell you more pills. Then you get shipped off to a specialist who then puts you on more pills. I know ppl who are in 14 plus pills a day!

@@miishca The idea that you can eat something that heals you is delusional. The fact is that there are a lot of unhealthy foods and unhealthy ways of consuming food that make you sick. What makes you healthy again is avoiding all those unhealthy things.
You don't need super healthy foods, just the right balance that results in something that is not damaging to your system.
I've had high blood sugar and cholesterol. Both are back to normal. I changed my diet, significantly reduced sugar and saturated fat intake. I also changed how and when I eat food.
I used to get a chocolate bar or pack of chips in the evening because I always had an appetite. I completely got rid of that by learning that I can sleep much better on an empty stomach, and that the body can deploy its own healing powers that way. I started doing internet fasting in 2022 . I downloaded the zero app on my phone to keep track of my fasting. I'm always searching for more information to better my health. I also use natural all natural skin care products. I'm in the first couple of minutes of this video and I am already struck by something said: How when bad stuff accumulates, it takes a while to notice the ill effects. This reminds me of on a smaller scale right now that I am noticing myself. I am trying to eat right/live healthfully. I notice that when I "stray" and eat processed/sugary/lots of simple carb foods on a day, it will take two days before the effects show with inflammation/bloat/fatigue, etc. Because of this non-immediate response, when I eat these things, I tend to think I can get away with it -- no ill effects -- and it gives me the excuse to eat more of that. But the effecdts come in two days and then its longer than two days to "detox" from that. Its a losing cycle.

Because I think we’re going to nutritionalists that have no idea what they’re talking about. I had a rheumatologist tell me the diet has nothing to do with rheumatoid arthritis. Well my new rheumatologist disagrees Ann has me feeling pretty darn good now. All with diet and exercise.

Thank you, thank you, kiwi fruits have just been added to my arsenal to closeft the gap between a 10% risk of cancer recurrence in my quest to get it down to zero. By tweaking my diet, and only eating foods that are supposed to prevent cancer, I believe I am at 8% or more, on that score, but since it is not an exact science, still need to better my chances. It is so easy to accidentally miss foods that 'fall through the cracks' and do the opposite, such as a bag of dried, conventially grown chickpeas full of pesticides, can't believe I forgot to make sure they were organic, back to the store they go! And, back on the fasting wagon I go, still more weight to lose. Drinking green tea X3 cups a day. Was told by my pharmacist who examined my three meds and supplements that tumeric use in western culture is not eaten in sufficient quantities to deter cancer, people in East Asian cultures eat so much of it that it can impact its growth, but most caucasions are unlikely to consume enough to make a difference. Oh my gosh, Twinings Earl Grey with Bergamont is my absolute favourite tea, and I can still add vegan cream to it, brilliant! There is a life after cancer! Starving cancer is my full time job! Almost perfected!

Research Vit B-17. It is found in raw seeds such as apple, apricot, almonds. Each of theses seeds contains a small amount of cyanide. You say Cyanide!! That is a poison!
Yes, at large amounts it is. But water at large amounts is also.
So think of it this way. Do wild animals "get" cancer? No they do not. Only domesticated animals and ones found in the zoo get it. They also develop high blood pressure, diabetes and other illnesses we humans suffer from.
So why is that? The food(s). Our diets. The animals in captivity that are given foods from us cause it.
When you give a horse an apple does it only eat the flesh around the core? No it does not. it eats the whole apple. Seeds and all.
Gorillas, apes and chimpanzees and other primates when eating a peach or apricot, discard the flesh and go right for the pit inside, and crack it open for the seed inside the pit. Why? Do they know something we do not? You bet they do.
It is this vit b-17, which most say is not a vitamin. Yet.
This seed ,vitamin, contains a compound, as well as cyanide, named Amygdalin or by another name, Laetrile.
This compound has shown in scientific studies to cause apoptosis in cancer cells. And cancer cells alone. Meaning it kills cancer cells and leaves the healthy cells alone.
Perhaps we have much more to learn from nature and their eating habits.
Also, distilled water is the only compound in nature that is perfectly balanced.
Therefore, always sides with the force of balance.
To combat the forces of imbalance, use distilled water.

What a great conversation, both of you, extraordinary experts, thank you for this video! I live in Croatia, and our culture is very much oriented (in terms of food) toward fresh produce, cooking at home, lots of fresh fruits (watermelon, my favourite) and a lot of people, including me do fasting. We have beautiful sea, the Mediterranean so fish is a part of our regular diet. Mostly, plant based in younger population, although our older population eats meat but 2-3 times a week. We eat stews, vegetable based with beans and love to steam veggies also... Looking forward to next show!

HI Tami, Please can you reccomend a good, safe city/large town ( not too expensive) for a single American woman to come live for a year or two? I especially enjoy kind friendly people, swimming, sailing, boating, hiking, scenic places, visting farms,, riding bikes & horses.... Thanks!

@@Kay.in.FL.HI.SA.JP.OZ.NZ.RIO.. Hi Kay! Zagreb or Split would be my choice; Zagreb is the capital of Croatia, with really beautiful old European spirit in terms of how it is built. Great market place (Dolac) and many many parks, a lake (Jarun) to go for walks or runs, biking... From Zagreb in just half and hour or hour you can go hiking, and other outdoor activities. Split is the biggest town at the Croatian coast, and from there, you can go to any of our 1000 islands... however, winter is not so great since it gets a little bit boring if you're looking for acitivities to keep you busy. In Zagreb you can find something to do and see all year long. Hope I answered your question, feel free to ask any other!

There are also the little things that we can do to enhance eating well, avoiding the traps that we encounter in life. We can try to attain healthy, quality sleep, and drinking enough water, fasting, nose breathing, and using an Oximeter once in awhile to ensure our oxygen levels are adequate. Using humour to relax in a crazy world we have been forced to face. Keeping negative people out of our space, and learning everything we can to prepare for the potholes we will encounter, and there are many possible, due to pure greed, and stupidity. Keep the good information coming. I was so happy for the tea comment. I have built a fort of wonderful teas in my cupboard. In addition to the health benefits, it is so relaxing Green, Chamomile, black, Matcha, and my favorite for the aroma, Jasmine. Looking forward to more of this very timely knowledge.

Same! I still practice as a RN. No longer a cardiac and imaging nurse after 26 yrs because of mandates. I work Hospice Care now and the people dying is astronomical! Hippocrities stated "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food." Western medicine was invented and focused on $ and symptom cure not focusing on the actual cure. They changed healthcare and hid all holistic/alternative medicine and now most is just sick care!
