This sort of build is mid to late 6 secs. Purely depending on tyres, traction and gearing.

Can a similar performance (with the same mods) can be extracted from normal type 2 honda city or is it necessary that city is a VTEC
Yeah I'm pretty sure you can and If you want to do a mod to start it all start with coilovers
Yeah you can but you gonna miss the vtec taste that 5500rpm thrust.
And if you gonna race with vtec with the same mods with you normal.(vtec v/s normal) vtec will be the definite winner 🏆
