I am from São Paulo and I never heard anyone saying "Por favorzinho" in my city/state. Maybe a mother talking to a baby that even understands her language yet. This usage of diminutive supposing being a cute informal way, depends of context, place, etc, and to be honest it is not so easy to understand when will sound cute, or fake cute, ironic, weird or just ridiculous. This intend to be cute using diminutive It doesn´t work all the time with all words, so. To me, per exemple, from São Paulo, if an adult person with any gender, asks me something saying 'Give this/that por favorzinho" "little please", I will consider firstly that the person is being ironic or fake or very childish. I would consider far away from a cute, affectionate way to ask me something. But, Brazil is so big that maybe the usage of "por favorzinho" works betther then where I am come from.
