Very nice presentation and looks delicious. I make this dish in a number of ways. Oddly enough I now add pie dough to the bottom of the pan and prebake until slightly brown. The cake batter bakes the same time poured into the pie shell. My crumble always includes pecans and brown sugar.
Just made this with fresh, quartered cherries and blueberries. I also added 1/2t of salt and 1/2t cinnamon to the batter. The streusel topping was delicious. Dusted with powdered sugar... yummy!

I had to bake for another 15 minutes as it didn't get the sweet spot at 48. And then the cake cooked but the exterior became so hard. For a person who tries this recipe at first, don't try it for an occasion. Make a trial before the actual occasion, I suggest. You are doing a great presentation. Keep it up
