Nice but I'd suggest a couple of improvements. Leave the spine of the middle key to act as a blade stop when opened. Put another pin in the 'handles' so the blade doesn't interfere with the split ring.
It's not gonna be very strong, you can make it stronger by tempering the blade. Butter knifes are untempered mild steel because that's what's best for them, so they dent/bend/deform quite easily. This has the advantage for things like butter knifes and even handles of deforming a bit instead of cracking/snapping that said cool project otherwise
I like it, and could do no better, but bet you can, like with a stop or even lock facility? Then I would copy. Or try. Love this shit however, and using cutlery....so hard/ tough. Nice :)
