A desperately sad insight into Rogers life. I think that the worst part is knowing that everything that he held so dear is now just left to decay with no one to care about it (insert your own thoughts about the futility of life etc.). I'm glad the site has been cleared, I hope the right people benefit. Nice, sensitive video as always Colin, thanks
What a shame that those beautiful cars are left in the garage’s. The low mileage is mind boggling! They are in amazing condition, what a find! Great video!
Most probably one of your finest finds! If only ‘Roger’s’ family or relatives could be contacted as I’m sure they could given all the paperwork strewn around the house. It’s the very least this home and its contents deserve. Make it happen Colin as it would make a great follow up video!👍🏻
Roger bluff is still alive and well. He is still part of the morgan club. He is also part of the lions club . Very strange why he has left his lovely vehicles and property like this.
Yes, I spoke to him yesterday via email and he's still living in the same area.I don't know if he still drives a Morgan. He just told me he was going to sort out his property, vehicles
The photo albums need to be kept with the cars. Especially the one of the car being built in the factory. Richard Hammond would love that place. He is a huge Morgan fan.
I can not praise you enough for the amount of respect you have everything at the places you visited including there previous owners. You set a brilliant example of something that i feel should just be normal. I wish a few more of the explorers that post on TH-cam did too. Then just maybe, the new generation of explorers that get inspired by watching videos like these, would learn to see the beauty and value in respecting these time capsules rather than treating everywhere like crap
Cada ves que veo tus videos me recuerdan a mi familia, mis padres que no están, me producen Nostalgia, amigo Inglés, Gracias por todo lo que haces junto a tus amigos, Daniel From the Argentina
I am fascinated by these videos, the discovery, the pathos, the sadness and the hope. But what is it with the obsession to find the mileage of every car? Respect to your carefulness and looking forward to the next chapter!
I think this is the most mysterious abandoned place I've seen documented. We know that Roger is alive and still at one point something made him leave his house and beloved cars behind. I guess that must have been a pretty dire incident in his life, whatever it was.
I've been through 9 mini's, and the Morgan is my number one favourite car, which I've never owned. I've been in a Morgan when I was a kid 30 or more years ago, and the experience was like being in a race car, being so close to the road
Such a shame to see those cars in that state, that Morgan outside is completely gone. In a way it’s good the other Morgan and Mini are inside the garage to protect them against the elements. Such a weird scenario to see as he loved that Morgan as per the pictures and he definitely wouldn’t have left without it, strange. Good video.
If the chap has family they obviously don't care about what's left behind other than that he may have been on his own great find very Colin very interesting 👍
Awww Colin this was a sad but lovely video, I would love to saved those mini, such classic car, the Morgan’s are not my tasted 🥰🥰 but still lovely looking cars. 😀
Hi Guys WOW! What a find Colin those cars are amazing and must be saved. The money just sitting at that property would be off the scale!!! The owner cannot be still around he would have done something about those cars,as they must have been his pride and joy. You guys could chip in a buy one of the morgans I could just see you two driving around in one of them wearing bomber jackets and tweed flat caps.Great video Colin with your usual commentary full of enthusiasm, going to take some beating this one.Still look forward to next weeks.Take care.😀
It's a shame the Morgans are just left, as well as the Cooper. They need a proper owner and driven. Another great explore and finds. Cheers from the States 👊🤙
Great video as always! Is there any updates on what is happening with these very iconic Morgan’s and mini’s as it’s such a shame to see them like that.
Another amazing Location, Colin, explored as always, with the utmost respect. What an array of Cars though: such a shame that they're just left there, to rot away. Makes you wonder what did happen to the Owner. Looking forward to the next Upload. Have a great Week.
Wow that's one of the Coolest finds I've ever seen lovely cars ❤ i wonder what happened to the family? Seems like he would or his family would have done something for his Special Order Car's be a very interesting story for sure. Hopefully someone will get and take care of it all 😢.
Malvern gazzette not so strange, its where the Morgan factory is, probably an article in the paper. You can go on tours of the factory, unless they have stopped doing them recently
Well I don’t believe, those classic cars 🚗 are around. That Mini Cooper. 😮wow , but that brand of Car 🚗 the Morgan I’ve never seen nor heard of it, but it’s a beauty the red one especially mate Nice Video once Again my bearded Friend, for all us car fanatics on your channel 👏👏👏😎😎😎
kindelvanterpool....... Never heard of Morgan ? ! My friend what planet have you been living on.One of the all-time great makers since pre- WW2 days.......research history.....we don't mind if you are surprised ! So many people have any of these models on their bucket lists....AND the Minis..... real Minis, not those abominable BMW things.
Another cracking video Colin and what a great find. Those cars NEED saving some way/how, the historical value alone on those Morgans doesn't bear thinking about! I hope someone finds some living family of the gentleman that used to own them and either gets them restored or that they go to a loving home to be restored to their former glory.
Hi Colin great find, but could this have been his mother's house, because no sign of him being married, if so then no one to pass car's on to 😢 they need saving 😉
I've known several people that's walked away from their houses and left them to rot and decay away to nothing with all their belongings in them. Sad thing is some were distant fallmily members and others were friends. Most of them owned 3 and 4 houses. It's sad to see things like that.
Hi colin what great find its so sad to see the house and those cars been left by the owner .pherhaps he became ill and lost his memory and had to go into a home and dosen t rember he got the cars and house
It's sad to see someone's whole life rotting away love that old cutlery set and why you still opening refrigerators havent you learnt yet they smell like heck lol
The red Moragn is a 4/4 fitted from the factory with the Ford CVH engine (from XR2/XR3). 4/4 stands for 4 wheels, 4 cylinders (earlier Morgans were three wheelers). The green one is a Plus 8 - a later one with the 3.9 Rover V8 and 190 bhp. Great video, but as a Morgan owner, sad to see these cars left to rot away.
Just shows how important it is to write a will even if you've got no family leave it to a charity I would hate people poking though my belongings very sad indeed 🥺
Wow! Shame about the cars. They are beautiful. I think that Roger is no longer with us. Those cars should be saved. Sketchy house. Fridge is totally gross Colin. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@TheBeardedExplorer if he was still alive he would not have abandoned that lot I notice colin still keeps walking past all the bikes oh to be able to rescue those
He may be alive, but he definitely isn't "well". No person in their right mind would abandon this! Being a classic car enthusiasts and I restore them daily, I really cant believe this situation. Im thinking this is a video to preempt a huge auction in the near future. If so, i wish them the best with the property and these beautiful classic automobiles.
This one hit me a bit! You work hard to afford nice things . In Rogers case his Morgans and when you go your pride and joys just sit trapped rotting in the garage in what probably once was a stunning garden😢
The Owner is still alive Apparently?? Definitely needs someone to contact him! As this house and contents an especially the cars are going to get ?? Well we all know an despise! Please help out Colin! 🙏! An 24/7 won’t cut it! As Ben did this on Thursday. Hopefully you will take it upon yourself to do what you Can? I know you will as a true Petrol head like Me! If Not send me a link an will do the upmost to HELP! Made me feel sick! Watching those lovely cars near a race track!!🤬🤬 Great 👍🏻 Content. But am really Upset! Take Heed of what I say Please 🙏!!
Nice find. If those minis were rust free and running and driving they’re worth about £10k max (based on low mileage) they’re not early MK1 coopers etc which fetch silly money. Those Morgans will be more desirable based on rarity
So sad. That was probably the first car he had made from the ground up and it sat in storage with only 5,000 some odd miles on it, until it became literally an antique. 🤯
😅I. Was thinking.1. Dead 2 prison. 3 recession. If that was the case everything would be sold off thnk ot frist. ....Tony and Helen ❤️ ❤️and no family 😢 great video 😊
Cool cars m8 esp the Morgan's but whats happened to the owner they really need rescuing irrespective of the forest keeping them cacooned ...strange really m8 ...
Can we hope that since the site has been secured those cars aren't going to be left to rot much longer? It's evident the owner is no longer in able to look after the place and seems he has no family to take up the task.
I am actually heart broken for the man who used to live there. Such an undignified situation. All his personal collection of photos and those slides collection need saving including his beloved cars. I sincerely hope he has some family members around who can rescue his life's work and not let it all go to landfill. Such a horrible situation. P.S Guys, You should've zipped up that right section of the cover on the green Morgan to keep the debris and vermin out. That car needs preserving immediately !
All ready seen it on your mate's channel a few days ago I really hope all of them goes to the family as it's a expensive collection as Morgan's are expensive but I don't like them and my boys live near the factory

That's exactly what I thought. It's really quite sad how we put such attachments on "things" just for... this.
It would be lovely of you can find the family to get the cars restored and the land cleared
If the home is abandoned it’s likely owned now by the city or county. A phone call may allow for property salvage.

The Morgan with the Rover motor is a +8.........usually the 3.5 motor.Later cars had the then current uprated motors.

Morgan did fit the Ford cvh engine along with crossflow and pinto, among many other makes over the years.
The race track looks like either Donnington or Silverstone
Silverstone
