I love that they're fleshing out the Junkions! Given the crazy number of gimmicks Transformers have given us over the years, it's amazing they had this one under their noses the whole time. Maybe now we can have more of them in the fiction too!?
You know the junkions for legacy could be a combiner because Scraphook’s foot support can be flipped out in truck mode acting as a giant foot support and Crashbars motorcycle has the robot foot stick out making it look like a combine foot so maybe they are the legs of the combiner. And to further prove my theory we are getting a voyager class junkion which could be the main body
As someone who loves the weaponisers/modulators and fossilizers I think these guys are the best iteration on the idea since it actually makes sense for them to come apart
I was surprised at how neat Scraphook's transformation looked in this vid. I wasn't expecting the Torso and legs coming together like it did. I might have to pick one up
i havent been able to find the time for the junkions yet, but i swear im gonna get them eventually, im committed to the weaponizer-type gimmick figures. ive just had more important things to pay for in the meantime, like my fourth version of the legacy skids mold.
I can’t wait for the new lady one of these to come out this year! The only thing I never really liked about the junkions is the color scheme. So the fact that they made an evil blue one makes me very excited!
yeah the junkion concept is long overdue to be liberated from the shackles of the color scheme of the floor of a 1980s Burger King. Plus they're definitely going to release her as Legacy Animated Universe Lockdown, too, so that's fun

Thesr guys definitely have my favorite gimmick and I love the concept of making your own frankenstrosity of a bot or vehicle. I'll probably never have them displayed in their evo-fusion armor mode either, but its tons of dumb fun and I'm so glad I picked them up
Cripes Dangermouse! I've had Crashbar for a week and never knew about the blades in that detachable wheel! Clearly, gotta watch more than one review of any given toy. :)
This is gonna be my first new transformer toy since transformers prime days, these 2 just speak to me - I really hope we get more Junkion buddies to mess around with in the future
Well I need someone to run my finances as if you keep reviewing figures I had no intention of buying, then after the review they somehow appear in my cart and I "accidentally" buy them, then I ain't going to have any money left. Wow, figures I got before Gav reviewed them! I picked them up recently and I’ve been enamored, though Scraphook’sarms are not holding on great, worried I’m gonna warp the clips holding them in.
Good to hear about the Junkions. I have my eye on Scraphook as an eventual purchase, though Crashbar also looks neat that I dunno if I should stick to one or both. Depending on the price, I guess.
kinda wish Crashbar had been Core Class, tbh; I like it when the size classes kinda dictate alt modes (bikes and mini-cars at Core, regular cars & lite trucks at Deluxe, trucks & helicopters at Voyager, and big ol planes & freightliners at Leader)
I love both of these, but my Crashbar suffered a broken knee because the two joint parts are soft and hard plastic. I'll find a new one to replace the leg
When you get all the Junkions, are they supposed to combine into ONE BIG GIANT ROBOT! I mean, what's better than a small robot that live in junk, watches TV and no one understands? A BIG GIANT ROBOT THAT LIVES IN JUNK, WATCHES TV AND NO ONE UNNDERSTANDS!
While I am tempted to buy Crashbar but not so much for Scraphook. Not sure why? Guess I'm not into pickup truck cos I am way more interest in Axel Grease, the redeco version to Scraphook!
Am I the only one that thinks Energon Landmine could be made from the Scraphook mold? An extensive retool and a few more bonus armour pieces, bump him up to Voyager class and job done.
I may or may not be slightly obsessed with Junkions. I have this whole idiotic backstory for them where they’re from a colony gone wrong and they’re all violent and anarchic and Bumblebee’s there and the Dreads are there too.

The removable parts really make me want a Junkion combiner. You can't complain about parts forming when that's the whole point!

Crashbar's instructions list the head as a separate piece, so there's most likely going to be more use of his mold, maybe even with spare heads
Hasbro put out a thing saying "actually you're not supposed to remove the head, sorry" but I mean, you do you, it's just a ball joint
