Album version: Heart-wrenching story filled with inquiring sadness and an intense, burning feeling of positive change, even at a large cost.
Acoustic version: Feeling like looking back at the past and regretting it, but letting it slowly slip through your fingers as you reluctantly move on with your life.

I love that Coheed's acoustic versions are never just them playing a song the exact same way as if they had electric guitars. They're their own beautifully composed versions.

Of all the songs that I thought would have sounded good as an acoustic version, I never would have guessed that "Here we are Juggernaut" would have been among them. Very impressed!

Is Claudio always pitch perfect? No. Does his voice get tired? Of course it does. But one thing is absolutely certain. Claudio has emotion and soul in his voice, and that'll never change. A brilliant performance, I never thought I'd hear this song go acoustic, and it's beautiful.

They really made this an acoustic version, they didn't just play the song acoustic, they changed it up a bit. Beautiful
This is how to translate a song to acoustic.
Claudio writes his songs like this first then changes them to electric. That's why it sounds so good.

Yah sure about that? I don't doubt that he wrote it on acoustic first, but in this version, Claudio is in an alternate tuning while Travis is in standard. I think it's still probably translated from the original version for electric.

They have one actually! it's called Rhapsody Originals: Coheed and Cambria. Its "Favor House", "Feathers", "Running Free" and "Welcome Home". Very good stuff.
This is the most beautiful acoustic, love the original as well but this hits so many feels, ended a five year relationship yesterday and discovered this the same day, thanks Claudio!

My favorite thing about this version is when his voice cracks. I dont know if its something he does on purpose or if it just happens but its a perfect fit for the song. I really dont think its overstating things to say Claudio is one of the best singer/songwriters there has ever been, he's in a class all his own.

I didnt expect this song to make me cry after listening to the album version for YEARS. Here I am, crying like a baby over it in 2019. Cannot believe this is my first time hearing this version, I'm in awe.

I found this years ago but still come back to this video every few months because its one of the most beautiful acoustic versions of any song I've heard. This song has always reminded me of those days early into my sobriety back in 2014, after battling drug addiction for a decade. As powerful as the original sounds, the mournful sound of this version fits the emotions I was feeling at the time, mourning all the life I felt I had wasted away. Ugh, its just perfect. Pack it up boys, you'll never find a more beautiful acoustic cover than this.

And let this be a lesson to how much an arrangement is fundamental to the feelings a song imparts on its listeners. The regular version is burning, intense, heavy-hitting, about having to make a tough choice in the nick of time. The acoustic one feels like past regrets, melancholy, about how things should be different from what they actually are. Coheed are masters at their craft. One of the greatest bands in the history of rock and roll music!

Truly playing from the heart...said to see that michael todd had his relapse because when claudio, travis, chris, and michael sit down and play from the heart...that's when you realize...wow...I felt like I was up there playing with them. Claudio is true to actually having a unique voice, not many vocalists have that nowadays.
