yes, most condos have shuttle buses, this one in particular doesn`t because its right next to bts

I don`t think so
They did. We've rented a place here over airbnb actually. They have several places available over airbnb.

If you want to live in the middle of no where ,yes you can find very cheap condos. Is fine for retired people like me but if you are working ? Then obviously you need to factor in where you are working.

It is a bit confusing ,what is included in $ 250 , " Just a peaceful place ".
You get the peace and quiet for $250, but if you want extra tranquility, that will cost you extra!
Why are you wearing a mask in a publuc place?
I won't live there because the lease is probably 1 year. That's too long for me. 3 or 6 month-lease is Ok
That girl did not seem to explain anything much. She did not seem to want to talk at all.
She did a terrible job. I wonder if her employer knows that she doesn't know what the shelf was in the kitchen. She didn't offer to find out either.
