The most interesting thing about White Wood is that apparently these Sinful Spoils decks apparently just have no locks whatsoever. You can literally play anything in the deck and just use the cards as a million pieces of synchro/link fodder. The Light Spellcaster pool is actually pretty big, and you can always search Effect Veiler with the level 6 if you want an extra negate. Since you can summon any tuner with the first level 2, you can summon basically any level synchro that another deck might need. I wouldn't be surprised if it finds a home in something.
I don’t know if that’s “interesting” as much as it’s just unbalanced. Unless the combo deck you’re playing has a ton of locks like Earth Machine there’s literally no reason to not jampack your deck with Sinful Spoil cards for free Synchro/Link climbing. Just another thing in Yugioh that homogenizes deck building.
It really is a shame how they got it so right with the Abyss lore and proceeded to fall face first twice in a row immediately afterwards. The Abyss really felt like a continent because there was such a large variance of decks of all shapes and sizes. Dogmatika, Branded, Swordsoul, Spright, Bystials, they all were different and played completely uniquely, which gave each of them their own charm. The Visas decks were all individually fine, but then they started making cards that bridged the archetypes together, and suddenly none of them had their own identity. They all became part of this pile of cards with individually powerful effects that just went together and hoped something would work. I was really hoping that the Sinful Spoils cards would have this cool gimmick of each archetype being completely separate and not meshing, but all splashing in Diabellstar and Wanted, as if she were on a different adventure each time. Sending the field spell is a goods use of it too
@AlphaSquadZero Now I'm wondering if Bystial White Woods Runick could be a thing. Gonna look into that
I predict that Diabelle either possesses Risette and Asteria, or those two split her powers, to become Diabellze (with the “ze” sounding like “zay”) and Diabellstar. The other two, Slive and Rcelia, are turned into the Sinful Spoils somehow.
The scary thing is that new albaz summon is like, functionally summonable with how tear decks are built these days, especially in MD. Remains to be seen if getting that effect off is something doable though.
Tri-type link monster is my new favorite gender in Yu-Gi-Oh lol
It's amazing the gymnastics MBT always has to do just to not admit he's wrong.
Gotta double it down I guess
What Twitch does to normal people
The tenpai trap makes your 1st turn board more bareable since there is no turn one board for tenpai
It makes heavenly spear pass a viable strat
I always thought Diabellestar was part of the Risebell and Saambell cards.
Hand traps ft. Tenpai looks miserable and battle fader will be a popular side deck
So the card translates to, if you search for this card and put it in your hand, you just put any Tenpai Dragon monster from your deck into play, and I'm sure they won't print like 5 new ways to search this card or anything...
I expected a Gethsemane-style "WHYYYYYYYYYY" because of that thumbnail.
The possibility of more Ritual Dogmatika support is the only reason I still play.
Oh good god. This archetype has all the stuff i want for familiar possessed
Only one person in chat pointed out Rciela can't search Whispers because it's a sinful spoils card not a white woods card.
Happy Witchcrafter Noises-
white woods look so cool tbh
With white woods, all I see is (Bad Apple)
The knowledge of sex ruined the white woods.
as a Witchcrafter player the white woods archetype seems like it'll go insane with Witchcrafter as an archetype
Hear me out, a tear mill deck with that Dragmata albaz card could have heavy potential.
they weren't printed 'specifically to spite him', they were printed specifically to white him
I am convinced that the labrynth lore is an comedy anime lol
White Woods Centur-Ion seems kinds fire ngl...
If they ever make a knight chan card for lab it should an anti lab card to side in case you are against lab, like : you can special summon this card from the deck by sending two set card from your opponent field
the white woods cards are going to be so nuts in crystal beast
Fuck Adam... We got Lilith and Eve...
If we dont get adam im mad
I think he’s busy naming shit like populus and ash. Time skip to Cain and able that will be girls
These cards are going to be nuts
whatever the name of the lvl10 tenpai synchro + trap +ojama trio=best ftk ever
Doesn't the spell/trap card's add back effect mean you can use them in something like Unchained?
Wicked? Like the Wicked Dreadroot? Or the Wicked Avatar and the Wicked Eraser?
Ok, hear me out.
1. Set Waboku
2. do your thing
3. opponents standby phase: Waboku
gg?
depending on certain factors tenpai b4 the support can do 16-32k damage ez
is the new link 5 not out info wise or did u already talk about it in a different video?
How has no one realized that Snake eyes isnt just a wicked reference but a BlazBlue reference as well...
White woods looks great
'When are we getting season two?'
They never said we were getting a season two, so...
I don't know where I'd go to find the original Japanese text but that translation seems pretty haphazard at best.
I'm still not ruling out the wicked references, diabelle's story keeps referencing wizard of oz along side bellestar and notions of sin, so I'm calling it tbh
Hopefully we dont get jumpscared by White Wood Snake-eye in future
Still waiting on the Batteryman support
the forbidden knowledge of the apple is sex Joseph
