I owned A 370 here in the north Atlantic for three years. Sold it due to three common issues throughout the lineup 1- very difficult planing 2- wet ride 3 - bounce around a lot in chop, especially in close following seas. Nice little boats but not without their design flaws.
Yellow and blue looks better colour , first time i heard of boats made in plastic , many years ago I said it be crap , seen videos on repairs ,fibre glass ,wood , not alliuminim, or steel , i would buy these boats seen it for the first time , inflatable are cool but Hole moley 😊 great view and sharing
Thanks for the question. In terms of comparing HDPE to fiberglass , HDPE generally offers better UV resistance, is lighter weight, and has better impact resistance, while fiberglass is typically stronger and can withstand higher temperatures. In terms of sunlight exposure over time HDPE is listed as being more UV resistant than fiberglass. Thanks for watching!
I have two rotomolded kayaks-one is a SAMs special and the other is expensive. If they are not stored properly, heat may deform them. It happened to one of them, and I was able to fix it with a heat gun and a lot of patience. In short, I would buy one but never leave it on the trailer exposed to direct sunlight for more than a few hours.

Which model would perform the best for tiller operation in occasional rough water (near shore great lakes) and in the various rivers of Michigan. Been thinking about a Lund tiller but this seems safer and maybe even quieter with less power. Also how does it handle the chop compared to Lund style tiller boat? I also wonder if a jack plate might be able to be used which would really make it a river boat.
Great questions I would suggest using one of the dealership links in the description under the video to contact one of the dealership’s to get those questions answered, both Power Lodge Ramsey and Miller Marine are great folks to work with. Tell them you watched our video and have some questions. I’m sure they would be more than happy to answer them for you. Thanks for watching!
What is the boat draft? I want to use this boat in shallow bays in texas, where oyster beds exist. I had to spend $18,800 to repair damaged gel coat this past summer on my Yamaha 210fsh which has a 17 inch draft. HDPE is tough and I would not be concerned about scratching the bottom of the boat. Is there a dealer in Texas?
There are TurboSwings you can buy that go around the engine and are designed for pulling skiers and tubes. My understanding of live wells is that you put in a modular (stand alone) one that can be mounted to the floor or placed in one of the available built in spaces around the boat (ie. instead of a bench on one side, you mount a livewell). For the most up to date information contact one of the dealerships listed in the description below the video. Thanks for watching!
That depends. Owners have often changed what the boat comes with as they are akin to a portable gas tank. There are slots to fit a factory one in the transom area.
