Russo brothers been on record saying The Raid films have inspired how they shot Winter Soldier. That influence is clearly visible here too. Love it. Also recommend the Raid movies to all.
This was directed by a stunt coordinator who worked on tonnes of Marvel movies, Accountant, Atomic Blonde, and many other projects. So it's no surprise that action looks incredible.
Yes! And the way they edited the the fight very creative as well. Shooting almost a one minute fight scene with only 3 (from what I've observed) cuts is no easy task. I'm really curious how many takes it took.
These are the fight scenes I like, not the ones where they deploy a camera man with Parkinson’s on a unicycle to make it seem like there’s a lot going on
Both Randeep Hooda and Chris Hemsworth look intense in this fight scene. They are both awesome actors from different parts of the world, but what is common is their love for the craft. Hats off to the camera man and the director as well for pulling off a great stunt scene.
@@3lement2010 i actually saw the dr dolittle with RDJ and i was actually surprisngly entertained by it and for it being different. i hate how people think its a remake in some regards it is but more of a prequal sense of him playing the grandfather of the og dolittle during his time period.
Randeep hooda is so badass in his role, an ex militar turned into henchman using his skills to fight against corrupt police and militar. Overall this movie is amazing! Love from philppines!
melvien mercado nah, nah, he is Indian, but he plays a young Indian who lived/studied in Australia before coming for the wedding. He nails our accent, which is great.
I am a pakistani but i'll say randeep hooda has really worked on his character and he's a real indian cimatic gem. would love to see him doing these actual action scenes
I like how grounded the fight is; -they’re both winded from falling out a window onto the ground below -they’re breathing heavily as actual fighting is exhausting (not like in other films where everyone fights like it’s nothing and looks more like a dance than a fight) -the fact they actually pause between groups of swings/blows -and that nice little touch of Chris getting the slight tunnel vision and nearly fully swinging into a civilian passing through the fight Looks promising INGL
They didn’t just put that in their for show. You can tell that they’re both trained in sayoc by the way they have their hands and the “swaying.” It’s meant to allow you to feint your opponent and also quickly intercept an incoming attack
@@mclarenrob2 yeah, it definitely cut when the motorcycle passed by. Maybe there were more? Only fight scene I've ever seen that is one long shot was in "the protector", the stair fight scene. Epic

I like this fighting scene because it is so real. Car/Rikshaw passing through two fighters can actually happen if you are fighting in the busy street of India, Bangladesh etc.
Epic... That's what happens... People just watch... And people just hurry...nothing stops the Indian traffic...not even Thor himself...man I love this film... 😍😍😍
Anyone knows what is the model of knife Randeep Hooda is using? Looks like a SOG Seal Pup but i am not sure. Great fighting scene, and great action movie.
Chris Hemsworth and Randeep hooda Fighting to death in the neighbourhoods of My beloved Puran Dhaka :v Never in my wildest dreams had I ever thoguht that this would be in a film someday! :p Waiting eagerly for "Extraction" Releasing tomorrow!
Wow, Chris kinds of looks and moves like Nathan Drake in this scene, especially between 21 - 24 sec, and that last kick, punch, kick sequence, that's so Nathan Drake.
Definitely my favorite scene What do you prefer Fixed blade or karambit? I prefer fixed because I mostly train with fixed blade. But karambit is awesome to.

And they speed it up and its like at 10 fps
Some perfect recent examples are the Taken trilogy and Colombiana.
Yeah you're describing Civil War which was somehow directed by the same people haha!
Just go outside you will see more
Please watch the RAID movies. This Hemsworth scene is literally childs play amateur stuff compared to raid
You can tell this is directed by a stunt person just by how the camera doesn’t cut away from the action. It lets the viewer see all of the choreo.
Sam Hargrave I believe as pointed out by @Bruce Snow
Bob Burger yeah! I saw that he was a stuntman for Chris Evans and I think he was like an assistant director for Avengers: Endgame
