How to Can Pears

Pears are a delicious addition to the canning cupboard for recipes, smoothies, eating straight out of the jar, etc. In this video, I'll walk you through the process of canning pears using a Boiling Bath Water Method.

How long do they keep for?

Good question. It's recommended to use home-canned goods within a year, two at most.
