Then, when the FIA banned that stuff in 1994, the cars, which were just developed further, but not changed massively, were probably more dangerous. I've read a lot of books on this and you definitely know what was in his head. professor Sid Watkins told him to retire that day and he did not want to race, he told his girlfriend that. you need to go read the books mentally he was not there unfortunately either something broke on the car because most of the drivers said that you can't make a mistake. so I believe the steering column broke, they are change the regulations and Williams had some shity engineer's modify the steering column and it broke because of the stress of the weld

It was far too much on this weekend. After the two very awful crashes, the one of Roland sadly fatal, they should have canceled the race on Sunday. Humans are strange sometimes and cannot read what is standing in large letters in front of them. In this case this was something like: "There is something wrong, two of such heavy accidents in a row, we have to stop, have to take a break and think about, what we have to change". But it seems there is a force in us, that tells us to go on like nothing happened. It seems to be easier to go on in the given routine, than to try something alternative. I don´t think it is only because of "the show must go on", of course money of investors is also a factor, but we are also somehow trapped in our own created rules. In some cases good, but not in such cases. Maybe Ayrton was also struggling with this in this moment. He should have done like Niki Lauda in the Japan GP, when he retired the race because of the heavy rain and lost the championship because of that. This was in my opinion one of his greatest and bravest decisions in his whole life. RIP Roland and Ayrton and Niki.
luca di montezemolo, former Chairman of Ferrari, said in a podcast Senna had a deal with him to move to Ferrari as soon as his contract with Williams ended (that would be around 96), then after that Senna said he would retire winning for Ferrari which was his biggest dream as a driver, jean todt also said Senna was Ferrari first plan but since he died they picked schumacher, we can imagine that would be by the end of 98-99 season.

Shumi a parità di macchina le avrebbe prese da Alonso come successe nel 2006 in cui dovettero togliere il Mass Dumper. È stato fortissimo ma non paragonabile a Senna sia per carisma sia per pilotaggio. Shumi aveva bisogno della squadra, Senna inventava gare dal nulla. Si vede che Senna non lo ha mai visto. Senna ha accettato di scontrarsi con Prost non con Barrichello

i don't think it was a feeling; but yes,because he was very sad about the accidents ( barrichello and ratzenberger) and very disappointed with the directives of formula 1,because he wanted the cancellation of the race...and amid all that,you see a dent of him; and he didn't even want to run,but by greater force of sponsors,he ended up going against will,and unfortunately,ended up in death.😞😞😞

O que ele sentiu foi tipo um aperto no coração , como que não era pra correr pois algo de errado iria acontecer . Eu vivi a mesma sensação uma vez que iria fazer uma viagem de avião , ida e volta . Tinha que viajar . Na volta o avião deu problema em um dos motores e quase caiu . Deus teve misericórdia de mim . E’ uma sensação terrível , de angústia .

Στήν στροφή πού έφυγε έξω, έδειχνε η εσωτερική κάμερα νά στρίβει ο Σέννα ελαφρά τό τιμόνι(όσο χρειαζόταν) καί οι τροχοί νά μένουν ακίνητοι. Μετά από μήνες μάθαμε ότι υπήρξε πρόβλημα στό τιμόνι του. Ο μεγαλύτερος πιλότος F1 κατά τήν άποψή μου, έδειχνε εκείνη τήν ημέρα νά ακούει τά φτερά του θανάτου. Εγώ θά τόν θυμάμαι όσο ζώ σάν πιλότο τής Mc Laren Honda. Ο Θεός νά σέ αναπάυει φίλε Ayrton Senna. If one believes in God ( and he did ) you could almost feel this was a test of some sorts for him. He had plenty of forewarning and he was aware of it somehow, in the end it was his choice and he made it knowing what his options were. RIP I wish he had chosen himself over his craft but that wasn't who he was. What a terrible loss for the sport and the fans and for those who knew him.
You can clearly see by the expression on his face how stressed he was. He was under a lot of pressure, the sponsors, the team, the fans, Schumacher with his Benetton who was breaking the rules, it was the third race and he hadn't won yet. Add to that the tension of having seen the two accidents with one of them being fatal (which is why the race should have been cancelled), the track with the asphalt full of irregularities and the faster cars but with less safety and you have the perfect conditions for a tragedy. We lost a world idol, a symbol and hero for Brazilians because the F1 circle couldn't stop. Another innocent sacrificed for money.
How many titles would Senna have if he did not pass away and eventually joined Ferrari? Would Michael have been his teammate? Always wonder, maybe 8-9 titles?
Talented Engineer I watched it live with my father i was 9 years old. Once senna died my father never watched F1 ever again. I remember it like yesterday. Man wish there was time machine to save his life
Stop acting like he knew what was coming. He knew nothing. If he knew it, he would not have raced. He looked distraught because of the death of Ratzenberger. Like all drivers were. When Schumacher went to the toilet, he did not do an interview and looked equally distraught.
As a kid I always Saw this scene and faced It with a certain mystic as If Senna knew It was his last Race. As a grownup however, i now have my Fair share of experience with cars to know what is that face as i make It myself sometimes. Ayrton was known for beeing not only a good driver, he was a good mecanic as well. That face is him asking himself what the fuck was wrong with that car, he was trying to think what was making It drive so poorly.

Nitidamente Senna estava tenso. Creio que foi a responsabilidade com a Williams sobre ele, mas psicologicamente ele não estava bem. Triste dia pra ele, família, e todos nós... 😔😔😔.
Parece que ele está a tendo um AVC sua boca estava torta , as vezes ele desmaiou dentro do carro.
@@jocienetavaresdasilva5135 Não, isso não procede, os dados de telemetria mostra que o senna estava muito alerta, tanto que no momento do acidente ele freou e reduziu duas marchas do carro, o que desmonstra que ele estava completamente consciente.

Ayrton was distracted by many factors, Williams poor disposion, allegations that Benetton is cheating, his private matters with family and girlfriend, Rubens and Roland crashes and whole safety issues. Of course he did not feel he is going to die, he would not sit in the car.

Se o Senna lembrasse desses três acidentes de 82, 87 e 89 na Tamboré desse Ímola por cada piloto sofreu, com certeza Senna pediria para toda equipe que ele seria o mesmo e porque o carro estava com péssimas condições para correr, como mostrava desde o começo da temporada de 1994 que o carro mostrou nos circuito e isso seria de letra para o Senna deixar de correr nesse 1° de Maio em Ímola.

Shumi a parità di macchina le avrebbe prese da Alonso come successe nel 2006 in cui dovettero togliere il Mass Dumper. È stato fortissimo ma non paragonabile a Senna sia per carisma sia per pilotaggio. Shumi aveva bisogno della squadra, Senna inventava gare dal nulla. Si vede che Senna non lo ha mai visto. Senna ha accettato di scontrarsi con Prost non con Barrichello

i don't think it was a feeling; but yes,because he was very sad about the accidents ( barrichello and ratzenberger) and very disappointed with the directives of formula 1,because he wanted the cancellation of the race...and amid all that,you see a dent of him; and he didn't even want to run,but by greater force of sponsors,he ended up going against will,and unfortunately,ended up in death.😞😞😞

O que ele sentiu foi tipo um aperto no coração , como que não era pra correr pois algo de errado iria acontecer . Eu vivi a mesma sensação uma vez que iria fazer uma viagem de avião , ida e volta . Tinha que viajar . Na volta o avião deu problema em um dos motores e quase caiu . Deus teve misericórdia de mim . E’ uma sensação terrível , de angústia .
Pois é olhando para ele parecia que sabia que ia morrer ele até olha para o Céu, incrível isso.
Concordo que ele sentiu exatamente isso, a intuição de alguma forma nos alerta para algo que possa vir a acontecer, e com certeza ele sentiu isso.
Pareceu pressentimento na expressão dele. Muito tenso, estava indo pra morte em minutos. É assustador.
Sembrava che sapesse già cosa lo stesse aspettando....

Το έβλεπα ζωντανά αυτό τό γκράν πρί. Ήμουν 15 χρονών τότε. Ο Σέννα ήταν προβληματισμένος μέ τό μονοθέσιό του· φαίνεται καί στό βίντεο. Στήν στροφή πού έφυγε έξω, έδειχνε η εσωτερική κάμερα νά στρίβει ο Σέννα ελαφρά τό τιμόνι(όσο χρειαζόταν) καί οι τροχοί νά μένουν ακίνητοι. Μετά από μήνες μάθαμε ότι υπήρξε πρόβλημα στό τιμόνι του. Ο μεγαλύτερος πιλότος F1 κατά τήν άποψή μου, έδειχνε εκείνη τήν ημέρα νά ακούει τά φτερά του θανάτου. Εγώ θά τόν θυμάμαι όσο ζώ σάν πιλότο τής Mc Laren Honda. Ο Θεός νά σέ αναπάυει φίλε Ayrton Senna. @@jota25360 pois é amigo, ele devia ter seguido a intuição e levantado dali abandonando a corrida, o problema era o profissionalismo dele que sempre falava mais alto, então persistiu e deu no que deu!! Lamentável, mas como ele mesmo disse quando uma vez perguntaram se ele tinha medo de morrer num acidente nas pistas e ele respondeu... todo mundo morre, pode ser hoje ou daqui a cinqüenta anos, mas o certo é que um dia vai chegar e chegou pra ele, infelizmente!!

If one believes in God ( and he did ) you could almost feel this was a test of some sorts for him. He had plenty of forewarning and he was aware of it somehow, in the end it was his choice and he made it knowing what his options were. RIP I wish he had chosen himself over his craft but that wasn't who he was. What a terrible loss for the sport and the fans and for those who knew him.
You can clearly see by the expression on his face how stressed he was. He was under a lot of pressure, the sponsors, the team, the fans, Schumacher with his Benetton who was breaking the rules, it was the third race and he hadn't won yet. Add to that the tension of having seen the two accidents with one of them being fatal (which is why the race should have been cancelled), the track with the asphalt full of irregularities and the faster cars but with less safety and you have the perfect conditions for a tragedy. We lost a world idol, a symbol and hero for Brazilians because the F1 circle couldn't stop. Another innocent sacrificed for money.
How many titles would Senna have if he did not pass away and eventually joined Ferrari? Would Michael have been his teammate? Always wonder, maybe 8-9 titles?

Stop acting like he knew what was coming. He knew nothing. If he knew it, he would not have raced. He looked distraught because of the death of Ratzenberger. Like all drivers were. When Schumacher went to the toilet, he did not do an interview and looked equally distraught.

As a kid I always Saw this scene and faced It with a certain mystic as If Senna knew It was his last Race.
As a grownup however, i now have my Fair share of experience with cars to know what is that face as i make It myself sometimes. Ayrton was known for beeing not only a good driver, he was a good mecanic as well. That face is him asking himself what the fuck was wrong with that car, he was trying to think what was making It drive so poorly.
