Due to financial and personal issues I had cancelled the booking on Oct 5th however today's date 15th Dec I am yet to get my money back. As you mentioned in the above comments can you talk to them on my behalf?
my family seeing siruseri site booking the flat for tocken advance RS. 25000, In emergency suitvation I have cancel the plan of booking we have inform , but still now I can't get refund , In booking time everyone told 100%refund , But still now no one respond , don't buy anyone he is very worst customer service and lie for all ,

I would not recommend alliance since they have very bad customer service and they delay projects .
