Personal notes: This is a 100 acre residential masterplan community Its a controlled development It's a community of about 625 plots on the 100 acres. The development is focused on 1/8 acre plots (50×100) 12 metre wide roads + 9 metre estate/court roads The 12 metre roads will also have a jogging track. There is a community centre of about 1 acre with amenities. (Shopping mall, petrol station, dispensary and police post) There is a recreational centre mainly for kids. 1 acre has been slotted for a kindergarten. 2 acres have been slotted for a primary school. Has slots for buidling residential apartment blocks
It’s sad what we have done to our country. We are eating ourselves. This is fertile valuable land that can be used for agricultural purposes instead of importing food from neighboring countries. The people selling this land, shame on you! This is greed for quick money that’s leading you to do this. It’s not about providing housing solutions. Mnakata kata hizo shamba and selling kitchen gardens without proper planning or infrastructure. Why not plant Avocados and export? Or Coffee. And not all developers have failed. As much as they are selling fertile land, Tilisi and Tatu City have really offered something substantial.

Why Leasehold titles while lands in Kiambuu are under Freehold.,. again, why do i hv to use ur lawyers?
