The house is stunning, however, the camera guy could add more b-roll footage to showcase the house. ie when they are walking up those stairs instead of showing all their steps 14:45 or panning too much in their face he could add more b-roll of the space( 8:37 was nice since we can see what they are seeing)
In the future when featuring this type or any home please try to cover the aerial view using a drone so we can see the whole aerial view of the property! Take it as a suggestion because I love following your channel. And also please advise your cameraman to go into bathrooms and rooms instead of just standing outside and recording you.
The home is stunning. I had to actually watch another video to simmer on fully. You guys did a brief video, very nice but it hardly captured the house. Nancy moved so quick from one space to the next almost letting us assume how things may have been, for instance... We never got to see the details (finer ) on the Kitchen, the details of the ½ bath downstairs, a whole bedroom that was neglected by virtue of it looking identical... You never told us the type of finishes .. the flooring the tile work and all... I never saw the detail.. I would give you guys a 3 star... Details are what sell a space...

The camera guy didn’t understand the assignment at all and he/she failed to show the property, but rather was focused on the two of you which in my opinion took a lot away from trying to sell the house.

Well, quite honestly it doesn't look like a billionaires home, not in Kenya anyway. There are fantastic homes in Kenya and this one although very nice seems to be lacking.
Missing few things for 1m$ elevator, front underground garage, server/generator room or kids playing area, stone meshed wall around lastly swimming pool with wooden floors, sun bks relaxing chairs backside hence space wish should be more an hectare
This is not to make the cameraman feel bad. It's to make him improve his craft. A little training is needed. Please focus on the house. Show off the house much more than you show the agents. Do some panning as well. Also, why do I hear and see Jamaica in this lady's voice and body language? Anyway, I don't know what a dry kitchen is. Please educate us as you mention things that might not be universally known. You're on a global platform, so, bear in mind that your audience is watching from all over the world... from different cultures, with different vocabulary and associations for items and features that are the same. We can have language barriers even speaking the same language... 😄. Yes, strange but true. What a world we live in. With all that said, I will finish with the obvious. This is a very nice house. "Grandness" and space in a house is attractive, even when the rooms are few. I'd rather have two grand rooms than four or five standard ones just for the sake of numbers.

This kind of houses are too big for Africa, in a continent where 90 % are still living in poverty. What Africa need right now is houses with apartments, one bed room with kitchen, toilet & bathroom, 2 bedrooms with toilet, kitchen & bathroom, & 3 bedrooms with toilet, kitchen & bathrooms. This big houses are not what african real estates builders should be building. Otherwise we do not want to invite the rich to africa to come & enslave africans. Only 1% of the world population can afford this kind of houses.
