Greetings African Traveller, welcome back! another great episode of land development for the Kenyan and diaspora communities. The vegetation scenery is very pristine and flourishing with flavor and color. You are not producing as many videos as you have done in the past. Traveler, you must be extremely busy in other endeavors…. Thank you so much for sharing Traveller.
Why don't these companies offer deeper plots like 65x130 feet? That size is very conducive for agri and residential in layout and space. I can't wait for the day longer plots will be available.
@@AfrikanTraveller The regulation is there but it is not being enforced, but that's not the point I'm making. I mean plots that are deeper from the frontage to the backyard fence. 100 feet front to back is limiting and forces one to squeeze everything. The older plots in Rongai, Kahawa Sukari, Ruiru used to be 20m x 40m, and those were very good for living and farming. Also you could combine two of those and have a better plot shape.
The road to Ngong and Rongai to Kiserian should be widened. It's unfortunate that this road is always being ignored yet the leaders claim to be in touch with reality on ground

That's interesting to know. I always wish we have a regulation limiting land size below 50×100.
