Again great info. I'm actually about to make 3 little boxes. I'd just suggest less camera movement and zooming. I didn't know about the sanding speed of end grain so you've saved me from learning the hard way! Wish I could get that carbide tool in my country, would make the whole process a lot easier.
I just use a couple of holesaws and a forstner bit :p granted I can only do specific sizes of box then...
