Nice job.Nice workshop and Nice tools. This is obviously a mass production process for you. Would you save time and material if you made your blanks block as a 50mm diameter round. You have to cut the wood to shape and size to fit your mould anyway, so why not make it round? A round mould would reduce the amount of resin, and the off-cut of wood you already throw away. You then have pre-shaped and pre-sized blanks ready to go into your chuck. I hope that I'm being helpful and not treading on toes. 😀
