Jay, another amazing tutorial. Your've managed to introduce quite a few elegant techniques available in 3D ACAD all into this single tutorial. I'm going to have to replay this lesson several times to remember and practise them all. Well done.
Please should have added dimensions to the actual drawings for it to be simple for us... Also try change the to vertical so that you can draw at one side and the image at the other side too... it made it easy to follow and understand
I have doubt in flange part 1:30 where you took length 49 after 32, how did you calculate it since I cannot understand from orthographic drawing given in pdf from your site?
i cant revolve the block on 2:44.. when i press revolve and select object, then select start/end point it says can't revolve selected objects orso.. what do i do?
Already found out myself... i didn't had ortho on, so my 188 line was not in 180 degrees downwards... so the midline of the sweep was not on 180 degrees with my line downwards.. bit hard to explain..

I do not understand how do you make for thicken. luego de extruir el circulo obtengo una barra solida en forma de U por eso creo que cuando yo lo voy a engrosar no me lo permite porque tengo una barra solida y no una superficie. podrias explicarme como lo haces. 3:05 al 3:15min
You have to select the command "Sweep" in surface tab and not in home tab,after you can "thicken" it.@t can see at the minute @. Tienes que seleccionar el comando "Sweep" en la pestaña de superficie y no en la pestaña de inicio, después de poder "engrosarlo".Como se puede ver en el minuto 2:16.
SourceCAD i need help . i am following your free course of practice drawings but i feel that dimension are missing in pdf i downloaded from below video in your free course (zip file actually ) . because i cant complete drawing by just pdf i have o watch the video to see dimension :( so for me this aint pratice its copy pasting :(

It is difficult to tell the exact reason for this error. It should work as long as you use same dimensions as I have used in the video.

yes it will appear separate, you have clean the extra geometries using overkill command and then join the remaining segments.
