It was good until I left it on and turned I burnt it out it’s the best though
@@WildBoyRC how did leaving it on burned it out? I'm alittle confused. Simply leaving a servo on shouldn't burn it out.
@@samuelandolina6338 it was cranked turned to one way and putting pressure on it, and left it for too long

Where did you get the servo mount? I see you have the front shock mounts on the outer hole and the rear on the inner hole, is there a reason for that?
Good eye! Just for a little bit of extra travel and have my suspension tuned so when I land the back doesn’t bounce and front flip and seems to work for now,
Servo mount should be in the description I got if off Amazon just type traxxas MAXX standard size servo mount

It was the traxxas light kit. It was garbage though the thin wires just snapped off in like 3 different places. If you bash hard.. for street driving and non bashing it’s ok
@@WildBoyRC thanks for the reply. I just zap strapped a head lamp onto my front bumper. Cheap, bright and it takes a shit kicking.

Do you know I’m running 8.4v’s through my TRAXXAS reciever on a Hpi savage stock servo
I snagged the spektrum reciever so slapped a TRAXXAS I had laying around and BOOM it’s working on the new max8 G2 160amp combo 🤘🏿🤘🏿
How do you run 8.4v? I thought it only pulls 7.2v or something, unless you have TQI link and Bluetooth?
@@WildBoyRC in my Hpi savage flux xl I have the max8 G2 combo and that gives 6/7.2/8.0v’s on the bec output😎 and like yourself I always thought TRAXXAS wouldn’t like more than 6v but it is working and on a stock Hpi servo no less🫡💯

Yes I seen the crack, stupid things I break the front one every time I go out :( wish there was away around it, guess I’ll have to go VITAVON aluminum 🤷🏼♂️
@@WildBoyRC thats how i feel mine was making a clunking noise the other day I destroyed the pinion gear and the spur gear as well as the two bulkheads
@@mattsrcvlogs1130 oh no! Ya I just took apart my front bulkhead and the upper and lower are broken !! Plus the bearings that go on the lower ! UGH 😩
That gear mesh is not right there's definitely something wrong in there
Ya I fixed it after that. All metal gears then it never stripped again :) I sold the maxx though and now use my sledge, fireteam and Kraton 8s

I did not re gear. I actually geared up. I’m running 25/50 all metal I kept striping plastic. I got a powerful fan on my motor now for temps
@@WildBoyRC oh nice. I just ordered some of the trenchers so I’ll just watch temps with the stock gears for now its starting to cool down this time of year so I should be good. Thanks I appreciate it
@@d.klingie83 ya you should be good buddy. As long as their not the giant 3.8 trenchers those massive ones. These are just a tad bigger then stock the trencher lp’s
@@WildBoyRC yea awesome I ordered the lp’s i wanted to stay as close to stock as possible. The stock tires just balloon too much lol

@@WildBoyRC yeah it's definitely a UK thing. I'm in the US though. That kinda makes it more funnier to me actually. And yes i know you do love to talk. 😄 this ain't the first one of your videos I've watch. I'm starting to notice that TH-cam consistently keeps suggesting videos to me from people in canada. Weither it's ram 1500 videos, rc videos, car audio wiring videos and even bbq/cooking videos.
