    Thanks, really useful. Love hearing your thought process rather than just jumping to a pre-planned choice as other people do. It's great to see someone enjoying the music they are creating. One request- could you make your window (video feed with you in it) smaller in the future, so we can see more of the changes you made. For example, when you made changes to the free app, they were hidden behind your camera feed.

    I really liked it. You're a good teacher - the way you do it, and describe it, the process is kind of ordered, it makes sense, and as a result the whole thing seems totally doable / easy and it can be actually used as a foundation to build own track :)

    I like your tutorial it is lovely simple and easy to understand. Just an advice to you if you crop your camera window with 50% smaller, you still will be visible clearly but same time we will see what happening in that corner too. Your video window is a quarter of the whole picture. Thanks!

    Thanks Will. Great tutorial, as usual. Only thing that bugged me a bit, is that I missed about a 3rd of what you were doing there, as your camera overlay was so large and in the middle of everything, it was hard to follow. If I were to make a recommendation: maybe move your camera box up to the top left?

    Great tutorial as always! I look forward to each one of your tutorials every week. As several people already mentioned, can you please move your camera overlay to a less important section of the screen? It was really big here and hard to follow along when it blocked half of what you were doing. The groove pool area looks like a nice place to park it out of the way... just a thought.

      @@EDMTips See all the likes. It’s hard to find any decent tutorials on this genre. For this tutorial, I’d suggest looking at classic music by Miguel Migs, Jay-J, Andy Caldwell, DJ Rasoul, Julius Papp, DJ MFR, David Harness, etc.

    One recipe for flexible sidechain sources is to use Live's arpeggiator together with the gate length, to get a stream of midi notes of a given length, on the beats. Use a high note like C6. Then route this into a simple synth and use the ADSR envelopes to adjust things to taste. (This recipe allows simultaneously adjusting all the tick lengths and envelopes -- and with Live you can wrap the whole thing in an instrument rack with 5 macro controls.)

      Damn. That's a shame. There's very few hard house tutorials on TH-cam. Tidy trax did kinda disappear mid 2000's but for the last couple of years have been consistently releasing track after track and putting on great gigs. My prediction is that hard house will come back with a bang in the next couple of years.

      Very Good Question! It is difficult to say which track, because it is more the sound and the atmosphere, which evolve of his tracks ( in albums like hinterland or strange cargo iii). But also his new ep has this particular Juno sound ❤️
