    A couple more hacks!
-I have learned to find really nice going out clothes that are super comfortable. I have a super light, comfortable dress with built in cups even so I just slip it on anytime! People think I'm dressed up when it's actually one of the comfiest things I own! This helps me to feel nice, but doesn't hurt me! I've now collected a few clothes like that and I even get compliments when I go out but I'm so comfortable even with chronic pain.
-Also, a nice hat! I found that wearing a hat that actually looks nice completely disguises bad hair days. I'll even get complimented on my hats (I embroidered my own cap) and they have no idea I've been too sick to wash my hair.
-I have to always use a grocery cart. It hurts me too much to carry around items in a basket and the few times I thought, "it's only 2 things" I still ended up with more! I know there's getting to be different carts you can buy now too.
-Incandescent light bulbs if you can find them! LEDs can contribute to headaches.
-Yellow glasses can help if you are light sensitive.
-Like you said, grocery delivery! Can be a lifesaver on a sick day!
-Bring a pillow (like memory foam) for the dentist chair, so much more comfortable for head and neck!
-Having a handicap parking sign. So helpful for places you might otherwise avoid because it's too exhausting or painful to deal with far away parking.
-I really found having one day of the week for a total "crash" day, where I really try not to plan anything. It helps to plan the whole week if you can count on at least a day of recovery. And I found I had less stress in the week when I could count a rest day coming.
-Listening to audiobooks, messages, etc at night to wind down.
-The best "hack:" prayer and Bible time! Nothing will help more than Jesus ❤️
-And if it's hard to go out with friends, join an online community (like Aimee's!). I also have an online Christian women's book club and there are some of us health warriors in there! Good for the Soul Book Club. 😊
    You're not alone!

I’ve begun working with my local rescue to get my bunnies groomed each month. It was horrible for me and I was failing at getting it done, so I spent $40 and they came to my apartment and made it so easy for me!!

It’s interesting how different things help different people. I have a dishwasher that I personally never use because my back hurts way too much to bend down to put the dishes in it. It’s way less painful for me to do it by hand and have my back straight than it is to bend. But one thing I sure would love to have and that is the robot vacuum. That is a win win for me.

Dishes are especially problematic. Never touch them. Paper plates destroy the environment just a little . Hi Daniella

I love your tips on simplifying your to do lists and removing that pressure to do all or nothing. As well as putting your most use items at waist level. Such amazing tips! I am also an speaker at the Get Organized HQ event this year and wanted to send some love to your video.

I know this is gonna sound crazy, but does it smell like vinegar?🤣 I use vinegar in my washing machine to both wash it and occasionally disinfect my clothes and fruits and vegetables, but the smell is so strong. Also, I can’t live without my robot vacuum I run it every day and because of my neck pain and issues .I can’t even vacuum even with a light vacuum so fortunately for me, my daughter will do that and my son will swiffer and my husband will run the steam mop I stick to dishes And basic day to take cleaning and bathrooms. I did buy a really cool tool off of TikTok. It’s a long stick with a attachment piece at the end of it with different spin brush heads and it is super powerful. They had a huge sale going on. I think I got it for $20. I think if I put it into the tub and just hold onto it, it does all the work ! And because I can’t do big food shopping trips I’ve done curbside for years! Unless I was going in for three or four items, I could never finish my grocery order. I would have to come home early and feel super sick and has saved me so much time and I’ve been using my energy to cook like you said or to do something else. Also, another thing I personally do is when I’m feeling my worst I will wear my coziest lounging outfit to bed so that when I get up to get my kids ready for school I’m already in a decent outfit and and not pajamas.

      Thanks for sharing those tips!
The Force of Nature doesn't smell like vinegar actually. It just smells "clean". It's only a tiny bit of vinegar. No fragrance. I love the smell! I'm sure there are some youtube videos showing how it works! :)

Putting a dish rack over the sink to eliminate reaching into the sink is key. Mystery solved reaching into it is the heart of all evil.
