Beautiful! Maybe some vegan versions of one or two things kids traditionally like to eat? Being in hospital can certainly be scary so healthier versions of "old favorites" can be comforting

Probably a good idea to not serve children carcinogens. Let's hope other hospitals follow along in basing their practices on science.
