    3.4% ouch. I'm considering the Conroe area. Are property taxes that high their as well or closer to 2%?

      They vary, newer neighborhoods can be 3-3.4% and some older neighborhoods can be in the low 2’s

    Is that David Weekly 65” Floor Plan provided at any other communities in metro Houston?

      It is on other 65 foot lots, I’d have to chat with my sales rep to pull an accurate list of where David weekly is building 65’s but that floor plan is seriously amazing

    Those homes look amazing! I have a question about the 3.4% property tax rate. Does that include any MUD or PID taxes? Also is it based on the sales price of the home? I'm doing just some simple math but that would make the property taxes on the $500K home almost $17,000. Is that correct or am I missing something?

      That includes mud. And it’s based on the county appraised value, which is usually but not always less than sales price.

    MUD tax lowers over time you said? How long would it take to go from 3.4 to 2.9? what ia the average timeline?

      It varies. I’m in an MMD board and it’s complicated, but I have seen my community go from 3.4 to 3.08 in the past 3 years
