@@Cratossama lol if you are referring to the fact that they skip all those 8 months i think most shows do that only. They show what kind of training they gonna do and then they skip ahead and maybe cut back to it in flashbacks in future episodes or actually focus on training if that ttaining is supposed to be where all the character growth is gonna be.
This is where the blueprint for the whole series takes shape: Master Roshi goes full Mr Miyagi and teaches the non-traditional training methods. Whether it’s this, catching Bubbles on King Kai’s planet, or harvesting crops in Super, this is the Turtle Hermit way!
9:15 there were lots of flashes from Dragon Ball in Super during the Master Roshi parts of the Tournament of Power and some during the part when Krillin was training for the tournament.
Love that quote by Master Roshi. "We do not learn martial arts to pick fights or to impress girls who will say "Oh beefcake, you're so strong, I want you." Heh. Muah. (does a kissing motion) Do you understand what I am saying? We must master the art of peace in addition to the art of war. We achieve victory by the art of war, victory is won through strategy, strategy is derived from the art of peace. However, if somebody evil threatens you or any other good innocent people with unethical force, it is your duty to defend!"❤
My favorite lesson from Master Roshi in the manga is that he teaches Goku about Budo "The Martial Way" basically meaning do it in the name of self-improvement rather than having a sense of morality of right and wrong or ego.
The 24th Martial Arts Tournament was the first to have separated adult and child divisions. That year the tournament winners were Hercule and Videl Satan. Goku was the winner of the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament and participated in the 21st-23rd Tournaments, the 25th Tournament and the one in the future against Uub.
The Tenka Ichi Budokai (World tournament) will be very fun to watch. And you'll see some amazing fights. If you have the occasion, listen Mezase Tenka Ichi before the final since it's not included in the American version. For Yamcha, he's really badass in og Dragon Ball. A lot of people mock him since the Saiyan saga but he's a prodigy. He's the first to learn a move which I'll not spoil and put one of the best fights in the future of OG Dragon Ball. Ah, one more thing : Krilin joined the team !
I really like these early episodes there's a great balance of everything. there is later on as well but as the series goes on past the red ribbon army arc there's so much filler. not filler episodes but just like filler scenes it's quite sad a lot of moments I thought were canon were anime original but these episodes pretty much have no filler at all which is nice ahiosdf
In dbs when goku was fighting jiren in his mastered Ultra instinct State, we saw Goku's flashback through master roshi's sunglasses and this iconic milk bottles delivering training was one among them..
You actually already know that yamcha knows the kamehameha. In dbz he thought he finished of the saibaman after hitting him with a direct hit from his kamehameha. The saibaman seemed to be dead. Yamcha got arrogant and we all know the rest of this tragedy
Baris tee I recommend y'all do Band of Brothers. It's really good. It's not an anime but it's a documentary a docudrama. It's very emotional. They'll have both y'all crying
The flashback you’re thinking of is from bardock father of goku movie. Bardock sees a vision of Master Roshi, Goku and Krillin carrying the milk across the log
I don't feel sorry for Krillin, while Goku might not be human, Gohan was, Ox king i guess you could say is, and so is Roshi they all did this training, plus in future thanks to trying to keep up with Goku does make Krillin one of the strongest Human fighters in history
The Greatest Training Arc in all of Anime!!!
That no one will ever see unfortunately

@@immortaldemonI’m talking about the lack of ppl even giving the original Dragonball a chance this is one of the few reaction channels that does
@@Cratossama ah yes. Slowly some ppl are getting into it. Hopefully more fans are flocked it once DBS S2 is announced.
@@Cratossama yeah what a shame. imo Dragon Ball is way better than the rest of the franchise
4:40 "I slept here, Sir"
I always love this line of Goku so innocent and tells you how he doesn't know who to use Sir for yet lol
I always forget that scene and I lose it every time! xD
SIR! I will fight you in a minute.
Your right about the milk crate scene it was in Master Roshis Glasses in the 130 episode
5:06 I never imagined I’d see Goku give Launch a beating. That was a bold move and yet, oddly satisfying.😅
That “mastering the art of peace and war” was brought back up in super

These are the times when Roshi took his training with them seriously.
The flashback was during the final fight with Jiren when Roshi was commenting on Goku's past, I think.
it was when future trunks came back in the goku black ark where goku tells picollo about how he and krillin trained with master roshi
Launch is the closest thing Goku has had to a mother figure in his life. It's a shame you don't see her much in Z
My favorite lesson from Master Roshi in the manga is that he teaches Goku about Budo "The Martial Way" basically meaning do it in the name of self-improvement rather than having a sense of morality of right and wrong or ego.
“Now, let’s start the mid morning training.”
Goku and Krillin: 💀

No spoilers!
1:17 Because Goku is just Him😎
Roshi’s art of war speech and them delivering milk were referenced and shown when Roshi did his final kamahameha in TOP

15:51 There's a preview right there. . . . !
I didn’t know the original dragon ball existed until I saw this clip on TH-cam years ago 4:04😂
13:42-13:45 But the animation here is far better than Anything that Super produced

I'm not sure if yall noticed this, but there's more human like animals in Dragon Ball. In dbz there's less. There's a theory about it
In dbs when goku was fighting jiren in his mastered Ultra instinct State, we saw Goku's flashback through master roshi's sunglasses and this iconic milk bottles delivering training was one among them..
Yeah, and it made Master Roshi (the immortal in DB universe) that how much time had passed. 😅
You actually already know that yamcha knows the kamehameha. In dbz he thought he finished of the saibaman after hitting him with a direct hit from his kamehameha. The saibaman seemed to be dead. Yamcha got arrogant and we all know the rest of this tragedy
Yes it's supposed to be Bruce Lee made by Akira Toriyama! On krillin's explanation about the tournament Baris!
Blonde Launch getting kicked in the face by Goku is soo unexpected of Goku but also super satisfying 😅
Baris tee I recommend y'all do Band of Brothers. It's really good. It's not an anime but it's a documentary a docudrama. It's very emotional. They'll have both y'all crying
Hope you two are having an great and awesome day ❤
The guy who asked Master Roshi and the boys to deliver milk sounds like Whis....lol
Great episode!
5:07 it was about time
can't wait to come back to that part about nimbus n training. a fav part. n his outfit too
If you see Yamcha being bad ass in these episodes, wait until you see Piccolo, he will seem to you unstopable.
The flashback you’re thinking of is from bardock father of goku movie. Bardock sees a vision of Master Roshi, Goku and Krillin carrying the milk across the log
In DBS, Goku’s flashbacks were he and were training, then Goku and Piccolo picked up all the lettuces in the garden
Tenki’ichi Budokai - Steongest No 1 under the heavens. This is the 21st Annual.
I remember master roshi said this saying in the Tournament of Power before he went all out against that one fighter
I believe Yamcha will perform a Kamehameha before Kuririn, even though Roshi trained Kuririn before him.
I'm almost certain that already in Dragonball Z, ther's a filler episode with a flashback on the milk delivery training.
Always in time for lunch I’m like Goku always eating 😂
“We must master the art of peace in addition to the art of war.” Come on is your memory really that bad?
I don't feel sorry for Krillin, while Goku might not be human, Gohan was, Ox king i guess you could say is, and so is Roshi they all did this training, plus in future thanks to trying to keep up with Goku does make Krillin one of the strongest Human fighters in history
You're right Baris it was Bruce Lee lol you will see him again
Keep this in mind: Goku's main mission throughout Dragon Ball is to win the tournament.
Gokuh, please, no more tapping.
👍🏿👍🏿
Yamcha has more moves that you will see later
No there's a far worse moment involving Bulma and the toilet
I love you and this series
Goku is a great character
Roshi said that mantra when he beat the bird guy in the tournament of power
Finally time for some training
Nah don't worry the trainibg arc is very satisfying
yooo more abridged please?
🙂👍👍
mm yeah if I was any slower, would've died to some sand
Balls
I would just like to know when you will start watching Super Dragon Ball Heroes. Please respond to my comment. Why are comments not responded to?
Y’all sooooo far from piccolo that you shouldn’t even be discussing it at this point
Madison HATES MISTER ROSHI. LOL
I can’t watch anymore of this the goku glaze is just to much.
Lmaoo!! The story is about Goku 😂😂
Best training arc
