    I recently bought the KA measure for measure and then read the package that not recommended for yeast bread. Going to try this and your other 2 videos that I found for sandwich and toast bread. Looking forward to trying these!

      Yes, while the KA measure for measure is good for cakes, muffins, cookies and such it’s. Or great for breads. I’ve had some luck with it and the do have some recipes developed to be used with that flour. I do have a couple videos on the channel did breads that use individual flours and xanthan come that have come out great. My wife loved the gluten free pumpernickel style bread on the channel. I also have a gf buttermilk bread video that I hope to have up on Friday that came out really good. It also uses individual gf flours and it was easy to make so watch for that one as well. Thank you for watching!

    Interesting recipe! I don’t think I will make these because almond flour gives me a tummy ache. However, for those who can tolerate it, it does boost the nutritional level somewhat. I’m interested to know if your wife liked them. Thanks for your video!…….-Brenda

      So my wife liked them but said they were dry. She had never had snowball cookies before. I told her they are a dryer cookie, most likely because of the almond flour. With you not handling almond flour well, you may be able to swap out the almond flour for finely ground walnuts or pecans instead if you don't have issues with other nuts.

      @@SavorySaver that is definitely a possibility. I hadn’t thought of that. When you took a bite on camera, I was fully expecting you to have a drink of water! Even the non gluten free version of those cookies are dry.

      @@bhallmark3390 Funny story there, so I edited it out but when I took the first bite I must of inhaled at the same time and about choked on powdered sugar. I had to stop filming for 2-3 minutes until I could drink a glass of water. I couldn't figure out a way to edit it so that it didn't look like some kind of emergency...🤣🤣🤣. The cookies have held up well though so for those that like snowball cookies, it's a decent recipe.

    Can I just use almond flour for the recipe? Or does it alternative the measurements?

    • @SavorySaver
      @SavorySaver  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Rosana, I think using all almond flour would change the measurements too much. Check out this recipe I found on a blog that uses just almond flour though. It may work better for you than my recipe in the video. Thank you for watching. www.eatingbirdfood.com/snowball-cookies/#wprm-recipe-container-46229
