Park and rides are everywhere.I think they give you a discount at the gate if you ride transit.problem solved.

Stay off Como, stay off Snelling, and don't be a cheapskate. Pay a little extra to park in a yard by the Snelling gate. Even late morning we immediately got a spot and we're inside the fairgrounds 10 minutes later

It's not worth getting stuck in traffic for hours so you can go there and have your pockets drained.

I would say the quickest way is in a helicopter!
