You're definitely going to have some back pain if you continue like that. Also, on the hip thrusts, you want to get your hips up and flex your glutes at the top of the concentric phase; it's okay to go a little lighter to hit the range of motion effectively. Nah it’s all good! And trust me I know about the deadlift. Ramping has been my biggest issue for a long time and lockout strength is severely lacking for me. I can’t tell if it’s leverage due to fatness or if it’s purely technical. I will work on it!
