Actually, there’s the cheat that makes the sims sick easily. Just type Boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true in the cheat box and press Enter and then click on one of your sims while holding down the Shift button, click Spawn and select MakeMeSick Tester. There’s a yellow box appearing and now you can make your sims sick as you prefer like cold, flu, food poisoning, etc. by clicking on that box.
