Ya bring it over and park it in the mud. Geeezzzz. That guy kept it looking clean. Now I wounder what that floor board looks like now after walking around in the mud. I know they are work truck, but.....
Hey Tim I agree the trade makes a lot of business sense; the trucks aren't making money if the wheels aren't turning and the orange truck wasn't making any money just sitting in the parking lot collecting dust. Keep up the awesome work and God bless.
That clutch linkage box is a PITA to fix. Glad you fixing it for him because he got hosed in this trade. You did good Tim on that swap and if you need any teck help on the isx holla because thats all we run
Dang right he did that trade is an awesome heavy duty tractor. The right driver will make gentry some good money with it. I was thinking about if I owned sherbert. I couldn't get that sucker down my street without taking street signs and a few mail boxes with it. You don't see tractors like that In wnc mtns .Tennessee where Tim lives ain't much different.
Well, Tim, that’s the best thing to do, making sure that Sherbet is 100% right before you let it go. “You’re a good man, Charlie Brown”. Keep up the good work, and I’m gonna keep watching. Stay safe.
That big truck was beautiful, but this new truck is much more practical. It looked like a nightmare trying to get that orange truck in and out of places. Nice trade.
I think you made the best choice for your business right now you need the truck more than you needed sherbet that truck is ready to make you money the more you can make the faster you can get a new shop and that is way more important than a show truck in my opinion
I really like how consistent Peppermint looks from inside to out. Obviously the guy took really good care of her from what I see for being a local truck most of its life. You pretty much crystalized the reasoning behind your trading of Sherbert in you have long term goals you need to start putting funds towards by keeping your trucks moving.
It doesn’t matter what people think mate they not paying your bills you do what you have to do to make your company work & the good things will come eventually keep up the good work mate
I think you made the right choice Tim especially at this point in time , cant wait to see you and Brax back in Rooster as for me thats were it all began
I appreciate you filling all of your subscribers in on what your doing and the moves your making as a Business owner/ Operator but I Don't think you need to apologize to your subscribers for the moves you make and the Deals you work out True sherbert is a sweet Ride but you made the Right call on trading for a truck Ready to go straight to work and needs nothing and with only having 407 thousand miles on it that engine is just now breaking in, but I'm just speaking for myself when I say you Don't need to apologize for your Business Decisions, and my hat goes off to you and your Dad for the Decision you made to keep sherbert there and fix it for the man when the clutch let go when he was getting Ready to leave with the truck. AWESOME JOB BROTHER.
I personally think you made an extremely smart decision. You have to think about the business and I’m glad you made the decision you did. I love chrome and lights however, I would’ve done the exact same thing. That’s a low mileage and clean tractor. I respect that you wouldn’t let the orange truck leave until it’s completely ready. That shows the character you have. Much respect.
Hey Tim I worked on about 300 x15 all have one big issue not sure if it’s fixed but there is a plastic coolant fitting on the rear passenger side of the block highly recommend replacing it with a brass fitting it it hasn’t been already keep on trucking be safe out there out on the road 🙏🏻🤘🏻
That's what makes u good man even know he was alright with deal u going to make it right anyway I was always same but watch out for the ones who will take advantage of your good will and you think was right with trading the truck having show truck can come later focusing on business matters and you driver are happy makes for good day and watching your video's makes me want to get my cdl always love big truck's and have few friends drive and I always drove truck's with big trailers and was good at it so maybe time to try instead of fear of failing test keep up great work and everyone have wonderful day.
It made perfect sense, you’ve got a company truck for the company you’re trying to grow. The other truck was a owner operator truck and you have that in rooster. Good trade!
Tim, I was googling your gofundme to see what it was up to now. There are a few Christian websites that had a prayer chain for yall after your shop fire. Im sure you know.... We're all rooting for you Tim. The momentum you've built since the fire, will coast the company through several generations. I love to see you happy again.
Wise choice at the moment especially since black 389 will be ready soon and Rooster is coming back sometime you can only drive one at a time and you'll have a truck to stick a driver in and turn him loose. Also sherbert deserves to stay stretched out, not shortened and I like the Harley style fenders
I would rather see you with a nice work truck than what looks like a money pit lol. Great trade my friend. Hello Brax. Always good to see you and i know your watching and learning what your dad and papaw do. Awesome job young man
Hey Tim who cares what anyone on TH-cam thinks about your business decisions!! You have to do what’s best for your company and family before what people on here think!! Keep up the great work!!
Did a good trade. There will be other fixer uppers in time.. That is a nice Pete. Need to do a 1994 379 Pete they used in Black Dog the movie. That would be cool. The truck had a cat 3406 in it. Take care. Keep going.
Keep tearing it up Tim you know what your doing...... how bout takin the charger to Utah, what an adventure that would be. We luv ya brother.......... keep the rubber side down
Nice Video Tim, very nice taking car of fellow trucker. Need a couple of military 4 spot light mini light generator like the US Military uses, run off diesel with a baby diesel engine and on a frame with hitch to tow around from spot to spot. Might check the US Government surplus spot. Help the night time work for you Tim, Take care.
You got to do what's best for you and your family brother that's what comes first always we will always back you no matter what you do bud keep up the great work but won't longer videos they just don't last that long when you get us all excited
Hey Tim as you just said Yes it’s a great Truck for Shows But for what you are looking to do with your business the exchange truck will be so much better if the Refer is as good as it looks you are going to do well with it Keep up the amazing work you and your Crew are doing As we said before is that Bloke up stairs is looking down and saying that this Guy is someone to keep an eye on as with what he has been through never say Die God Bless You and Your Family and Crew ❤❤❤
I love how excited he gets when he gets a new truck 😂😂 you have the best set of semis I have ever seen sir, much respect keep up the good work and bad ass trucks.
Tim , can understand the trade. Shorter wheelbase better for you. If you pulled heavy you know better. 2 leaf springs not heavy, single steer box with real floats be worn. Short springs and short airbags make it ride stiffer. Rear ratio? 2 speeds? Interior be clean. Is short on gauges. Deleted engine for legal glider. High hrs, figure 1hr for 55 miles. why doesn't speedo match your mileage claim? Engine wasn't set up when deleted be lucky for you. Sherbert bad clutch? But you was only one who could drive it? I do hope it works out for you.
You shouldn’t have to worry about what people think and say you have a business and crew to worry about first keep making the good business decisions and you’ll never stop growing keep it going
Can’t fault you for that Tim got to take care of your business first have to say that keeping the orange truck a few more days to fix things on it really shows what kind of a person you are a lot of people would just send it down the road and not look back you’re a real class act and the world would be better if more people were like you
Tim You did the right thing by getting rid of that Orange Juice Truck You have a Awesome business NOT a Show Truck business. Later down the road You can start too build and show Truck's but NOT right now. Besides that Truck needed a lot of work and money put into that Truck too make it right. Smart business move for sure only Bad thing is the X15 hope You don't have any problem's with it.
I'll be glad to see ROOSTER again get it going Tim can't wait I'm like you are Tim ROOSTER is not even my Truck but I like him he is Sharp to the TEE the right color and all
Hey Tim I think I saw the red Columbia glider pass me on i40 in Oklahoma it was hauling boats with Blue trailer I didn’t catch the company name but I saw the Trailer had a Tennessee Tag on it.
Man it doesn’t matter what people think. This is your business and lively hood You gotta do what’s best for you.
I think from a business sense it was the right move. You’ve still got rooster to build.
How'd it go from 407,000 miles to 655,000 mi you might want to have that odometer looked at
@@joehelbok8184 Looks like the ODO on the speedometer is in kilometers.
@@joehelbok8184 That's 65,555 and that's likely the trip meter
I think this truck is nicer than the orange one. Good trade and smart business is the best business.
13:25 Braxy boy looks like he was adjusting a clutch, that's usually how my face gets that black. He's a hard working young man.
Ya bring it over and park it in the mud. Geeezzzz. That guy kept it looking clean. Now I wounder what that floor board looks like now after walking around in the mud. I know they are work truck, but.....
Seeing the close up of this new truck it does look like a work horse and a low mile chassis..... So good deal Tim!
Hey Tim I agree the trade makes a lot of business sense; the trucks aren't making money if the wheels aren't turning and the orange truck wasn't making any money just sitting in the parking lot collecting dust. Keep up the awesome work and God bless.
Always big things coming. We await.
Nice truck you can’t beat that 407k miles and 565 Cummins with that turbo setup!
It would be wise to add some flood lights to your crane boom for overhead lighting for during night or early morning loading.
That clutch linkage box is a PITA to fix. Glad you fixing it for him because he got hosed in this trade. You did good Tim on that swap and if you need any teck help on the isx holla because thats all we run
Yeah the clutch pedal bracket Rivits on my 379 fell out too, easy fix. Drill the holes out 1/4” bolts. Easy fix.
You must have given him some boot, I think you got the best deal.
I wish rooster could go to mats this year. I love that truck
Definitely understand making business moves is what's most important
You made the right decision Tim for company and family. Proud of you Tim, thanks for the videos.
Dang right he did that trade is an awesome heavy duty tractor. The right driver will make gentry some good money with it. I was thinking about if I owned sherbert. Love the 388 nice choice T
Well, Tim, that’s the best thing to do, making sure that Sherbet is 100% right before you let it go. “You’re a good man, Charlie Brown”. Keep up the good work, and I’m gonna keep watching. Stay safe.
Most definitely the right decision. You have the cabover for a show truck.
That big truck was beautiful, but this new truck is much more practical. It looked like a nightmare trying to get that orange truck in and out of places. Nice trade.
Can't wait to see Rooster pulling some big hills in the left lane 💪😤
@Dangit Not only do you watch every video you also read all the comments. You're like a super fan 🤣🤣
@@dangit4341 ya you guys are a cute lil bunch
You got a nice new Rigg, I like the way you handled the trade wonce you found the problem
Tim, you need more light where you load the boats and trailers on your master trailer. You are making life hard for yourself.
That trade was definitely the right move. Beautiful truck.
I think you made the best choice for your business right now you need the truck more than you needed sherbet that truck is ready to make you money the more you can make the faster you can get a new shop and that is way more important than a show truck in my opinion

Actually a lot of his viewers are paying his bills.
People like him are why insurance premiums are so high
@@Mclint9171 no they are not idiot. He was doing this way before TH-cam and way before you even came alone
Without a doubt the trade was the right way to go that little Pete's ready to rock.
man that Peterbilt is a grate daily, it will get the job done and the operator will be happy! nice and clean but most of all functional..
I think you made the right choice Tim especially at this point in time , cant wait to see you and Brax back in Rooster as for me thats were it all began

I appreciate how honest you are, and the way you do business!
Great move, if you have enough heavy load work coming to keep it busy.
Haulin boats or airplanes! You gotta do what is best for you business and family. Keep on truckin'

Damn I broke that in my t680. Left me stranded for 6 hours. Had to get a new line and the brass fitting
they will also have rear flywheel housing and front gear case to block start leaking oil around 550,000 to 750,000 miles
Justin from justtruckin lost a valveseat in his I believe, not sure if that's common too among the X15s with higher miles?
🤙🤘
We had that done on pete 579 paccar last service. It was recommend to replace with brass
Yeah tim I understand what ur doing I think good trade good looking truck love it I can't wait u get rooster going

Good choice. Definitely understandable.
Its not about what we think Tim , you know what's right business wise
