  • How to Make a High Quality Water Level Indicator | 5 Level in a PCB
    A water level indicator is a system that relays information back to a control panel to indicate whether a body of water has a high or low water level. Some water level indicators use a combination of probe sensors or float switches to sense water levels. “The Water Level Indicator employs a simple mechanism to detect and indicate the water level in an overhead tank or any other water container. The purpose of a water level indicator is to gauge and manage water levels in a water tank. And this is my DIY one.
    Components Needed:
    5 pcs BC547 NPN Transistor
    5 pcs 100 ohm resistor
    5 pcs LED lights 5mm
    Insulated wires
    Soldering
    9v input

    ,,but instead of battery i will use an 12v adaptor with 2 amps, do you think that this will be safe?

      No sir. But you can use a regulator in order to have a desired input voltage

      In my circuit only the first 2 leds are lighting up.. what would be the reason?. I did exactly as in the video.. will it be bad transistors? Is it possible for the all 3 transitors to go bad? Please help 🙌🏼🙌🏼

    Please help, why do you need to use transistor if the water can connect the positive wire to the led ?

    • @JaviersDIY

      Sir using transistor is more effective than depending on the water.

      @@JaviersDIY why is that ? can u please explain

    • @JaviersDIY
      @JaviersDIY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Using a water as a conductor is not a proper way it has a low conductivity if you use DC supply but If you use a transistor like I use the video it is more effective and sensitive because it needs a ground only. That's I prefer to use transistor than water only.
