Reminder that Sony was given the option to buy ALL of the Marvel characters film rights, but they passed on it because they didn’t think anyone would care about the other Marvel characters. In this hypothetical scenario, I think Sony would’ve went through with buying the DC trinity, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, since they’re all pretty close in popularity to one another.
I honestly don't think that Deathstroke would take Deadpool's place in an hypothetical Fox Titans Cinematic Universe, just because he's so popular (probably the most popular Titans villain) that he would most likely take the place of Magneto or William Stryker, the Deadpool role would most likely go to someone like Ambush Bug, Animal Man or even Red Hood.
I don't know if a Titans universe would even work since most characters are tied with other heroes (like Nightwing with Batman or Kid Flash with Flash) so the line-up must be something like Cybrog (who could take the place of Logan), Starfire, Beast Boy (if Fox has also the rights to the Doom Patrol), Bumblebee and Raven.
Fox wouldn't be able to use Nightwing in the teen titans movies because Nightwing is a Batman character and if Sony got the rights to Batman that would mean they would also automatically get the rights to all Batman related characters including Robin, Nightwing, and Deathstroke
Nightwing debuted in Teen Titans and is just as synonymous to that brand as he is to Batman. It would be a joint deal like Quicksilver. As for Deathstroke, he was not a Batman character back then. Him being a Batman character is a relatively recent thing but he is primarily a Titans villain.

So, with all that being said, what would the Punisher equivalent be? What DC character would be licensed to Lionsgate in this alternate universe?

I thought someone would make this point. But we have to remember, Fox, Disney and Sony have all shared characters. Fox specifically shared Wanda and QS with Disney. Marvel aren’t allowed to use certain Spider-Man characters despite having a very strong hold over the creative control of those films. It happens, I think the same thing could happen here.

Methinks Willem Defoe would've _probably_ been the Joker in a Sam Raimi-directed Batman film; I've seen others online say he could potentially be the closest to a live-action version of Mark Hamil's Joker from the DCAU & beyond.

Also, Sony got the rights to Wonder Woman, but they were unable to get the movie into production, and Paramount Pictures had the rights to Green Lantern and Aquaman and they also couldn't get them into production.
